They advertised 70% off, but actual prices had 25% off. It stated that the best discount would be applied at check out. The 70% didnt get applied.

Order calendars in July and was to be received by September and October. I called and told would receive by 10/18/22. Its 10/20/22 and no calendars shipped or received. I used to be able to receive my order in July within a couple of weeks. This feels like a scam! Please help me!Calendars.com

I did receive my items yesterday, Sunday,, October 22, **************************************************************** tracking information for shipping date. Calendars.com communications to customers is lacking big time and not professional or customer friendly. Poor service with log in to my account stating no order number found!? Theres something wrong with this company where before I never had a problem. Frustrating and irritating to the point of having to get BBB involved.Review fromJimmie B

After many years ordering calendars that fit the frame purchased from Calendars.com, I ordered a 2023 calendar which was listed as a wall calendar, but was over 1" narrower than my frame. When I called to determine how this happened the representative immediately reacted stating I ordered the wrong size. Upon explaining that I ordered a wall calendar as always, she curtly stated I had to order from their Lang calendars specifically. I tried to explain that they had never previously required that detail and I had always received the correct size. She again, and notably impatiently, repeated herself. As I inquired that how was I to determine that difference when it had never been required in previous orders, she ignored my question and discourteously asked if I had any more questions. I am returning that calendar and have ordered another, correct size, calendar. I will, however, seriously reconsider reordering from Calendars.com in the future.Calendars.com

There are a few ways to find the correctly sized calendars. You can go directly to this link: https://www.calendars.com/Lang/calendars/wall-calendars-and-frames. The other thing to look for is the publisher ****. The Wellspring by Lang are smaller and do not fit. Finally, on the product detail page under Product Details, it will specifically say it fits in the frames. It won't mention frames if it doesn't ******** sorry you were treated rudely. I will have her manager speak to her.
