    I purchased the P1S Combo package with the AMS 2 pro. since the very first time of taking these units out of the box brand new, the AMS 2 pro will not load filament into the extruder. I have submitted a ticket online, and have yet to hear anything back from their customer service other than an automated response saying they received my ticket and was asking for the same info that I had already provided in the initial ticket submission.

    Bambu Labs changed the terms of sale three months after I purchased a product. They're now trying to force me to use their walled garden POS software instead of the workflows that I've carefully curated and developed on my own time. Bambu Lab thinks that I don't own the printer that I paid good money for and that they can tell me what to do with my printer, when to do it, and how I do it. Shame on you!

    I purchased a very expensive 3D printer from this company. I started causing sparks of fire while running and also while turned off after the first occurrence. The company refuses to take it back or recall any of the units that may also pose this same safety hazard. My house could have burned down. This company should be thoroughly investigated to ensure theyre following safety regulations.

    Poor **************** and Unfair Return Practices I had a frustrating experience with Bambu Lab due to their refusal to honor my cancellation request and the excessive fees imposed for returning a product I never wanted shipped.I placed an order for a 3D printer and realized shortly after that I needed to cancel it. I contacted their customer support immediatelybefore the product was shippedbut they denied my cancellation request, claiming the order had already been sent to the warehouse. Despite this, they proceeded to ship the product anyway.When I attempted to return the product upon delivery, I was informed I would be charged a $48 return fee and $20 for return shipping, in addition to not being refunded the original $20 shipping fee. This totals $88 in fees for a non-defective return, which I believe is excessive and unfair, especially considering I acted promptly to cancel the order.Their website and sales page were also confusing and misleading, contributing to my misunderstanding about the product configuration I ordered. When I tried to explain this, their support team was unhelpful and unwilling to provide any resolution or escalate the matter to a supervisor.This experience has left me feeling that Bambu Lab prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction and does not operate with transparency or fairness. I urge potential buyers to exercise caution when ordering from them, as their return and cancellation policies are not customer-friendly.

    Their site processing error duplicated my order charging me twice and sending same product twice when I only wanted one item. Site refers to cancel an order as an option and is not an option. Site offers ai resolution that is not helpful and option to submit a ticket but tickets never get answered for processing a return and refund. No phone numbers work for TX main office or ** location for shipping location. Thankfully the one printer we opened and used is working and doing what they say it should. Still stuck with additional printer and no response to tickets for returning the item to get a refund except they cancel and **** resolve when not resolved. Scam artists at work with support and service. Had I seen the previous complaints, I would not have purchased anything from Bambu Labs! Very frustrated!

    I haven’t received my package for over one week. Opened an support ticket. According to customer support, there was some issue happened when the package was handed over from the warehouse to the courier, and their logistics team was supposed to investigate. However, I haven't received any further updates. There’s no local support in the U.S. All customer service is based in China. Now, there is no more response from this company.

    Worst customer service ever. I'm on my second printer. The first was a P1S it was a lemon. I returned it to a authorized dealer and upgraded to a X1C hoping I get a good machine. Well Yes and No everything that was wrong with the P1S is okay with the X1C that costs almost doubled, the new X1C has a bad AMS Buffer it's a $25 part they are making me play musical chairs with them to get it replaced! I need to make a different video new logs all because the very clear video that shows it jamming is not enough. I'm better off just buying the $25.00 warranted part plus shipping instead of wasting days with the support. Don't get me wrong if the printer doesn't have issues it's the best available. If something is wrong even out of the box your basically on your own. Your downtime is not their problem they will tell you.

    I thought I was buying into a great company, my first printer from them was a P1C combo. It turned out to be a lemon! Things just started to fail like the bed heater, then complete chaos. This wasn't my main issue it was with support if I kept going back and forth with them my return window would have closed at the authorized dealer. My biggest mistake was buying a bunch of upgrade parts directly from Bambu before it was thoroughly tested. I did return it and actually took a chance and upgraded to the best printer they sell the X1C that's almost double the price. Now Im stuck with a bunch of upgrade parts that I can't use, the P1S parts are not compatible with the X1C. I asked them what I do now they said if they were still sealed I could exchange them. But not many people leave parts like this sealed they need to be open to inspect them even if not being used right away. They were fully aware I drove over 250 miles each way to buy the printers. That's a lot of time and fuel money I can't get back. In my opinion if a customer gives a company a second chance even upgrades to there professional product they should help more than they did for me. I would have purchased these upgrades from the dealer but unfortunately they only stock the printers themselves not any Bambu Accessories or upgrade parts. So I had to order them from Bambu directly. Definitely not a good experience with their support on issues out of the users control.

    Im a new customer to **********************. They have no respect for their customers. I just bought my first ********************** printer with upgrades (cost over $750.00). I had a minor order problem (I accidentally chose P1S instead of the P1S/AMS combo). Since the *** is $100 cheaper when you buy with the printer/AMS combo, I asked for a discount code to match that price. They recommend I ship the printer back instead of discounting the AMS to the same price when you buy the combo, but the kicker is I have to pay for the shipping both ways. Ive only had the printer for one day when I asked them to help me purchase the ***. They could care less once the sale is complete. ZERO ***************** I will never do business with them again.I would leave ZERO stars if I could!
