      My daughter came home from school years ago, recommending this Canva. I eventually tried it, while it was great at some basic stuff, I still purchased other companies for my more complicated needs. I did though, in the meantime, try to use their paid for services to see if they could do the same. They could not and I forgot about them Typical, I know... I'm not looking for years of a refund. I allowed my boyfriend who works for *************** access to my account to help me with budgeting in the last year. Last fall he called me and listed a few reoccurring charges I was unaware of because, YES, I did forget, I wasn't even trying to access their paid services any longer, and I no longer used the email associated with the account. November 19th of last year I reached out politely and asked them to cancel the account ****. They apparently replied they would rather I try to remember my login information and cancel that way, but either way it would be resolved and I would hear from them in 5 business days. I never heard from them again, I assumed it was canceled. Yesterday, June 5, I tried to access their service free first as an Etsy seller used their platform. It did not work for my custom needs, so the site recommended I upgrade, upon trying they did one honest thing, told me I would then be paying for two accounts. I spent hours trying to figure this out, but when I did recovered the email where I asked for cancellation ASAP. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER FOR THIS BUSINESS. They are impossible and never even apolagized. Simply issued s $15.99 credit, which I don't need, my BF has worked 29 years for *************************, with nothing else, stating my concerns were then addressed. I asked November 19, 2024 for this to be cancelled ASAP with a promise of it or correspondence, I got none.They need to take a hit, and I hope more single moms with kids coming home recommending Canva complain as well if they were lied too and taken advantage of.

      I was enrolled in a university and graduated in August 2024. My canva account is connected to that email. I have been trying to cancel the subscription but unable to do that because I cant access the email. I have been billed every month since September 2024. I have reached out to my administrator and they cannot recover my old email. I enjoy using Canva but it is such a horrible business practice to not have live customer service agents. I submitted an inquiry through the website several days ago and still have not received a response back from Canva. That is horrible.

      I previously noticed a $120 unauthorized charge from Canva. I have no idea why I was charged because I have never done business with them. I reported to my bank as an unauthorized charge and the bank refunded the charge. Subsequently, I check the year previous and found another $120 unauthorized charge, but I missed it. I just took that charge as a loss since it was ovef a year old. I have just noticed another unauthorized charge from Canva for $7.50. I have not yet reported this charge to bank, but wanted to first check BBB to see if others have had similar issues. I just want this company to stop the unauthorized charges.

      Canva did not cancel my subscription as I had requested online on their website. It stated it was cancelled and I was charged a fee. I contacted them now over 4 times requesting my refund. They have refused time and time again trying to keep it active until another payment is due.

      My husband's cousin has a canva account and my debit card was used one time and was told too be removed and they are still charging my bank card for no reason and causing me over draft fees of $35.00 dollars for a $15.00 dollar transaction

      I want to cancel my subscription but there is no option to do so. A payment of $30 Was made March 6, 2025 from my bank account but the ******************** website does not have an invoice or any billing information to confirm this payment. According to the online instructions and the associate from Canva who emailed me, I need to follow certain steps to cancel, this involves downloading my invoice from Canva. I informed them not only is there no invoice but it seems Canva does not have my billing information. The funds definitely came out of my account and was paid to Canva according to my bank. I am not able to speak with a Canva associate directly to help with this. I want my subscription cancelled and proof that it has been cancelled.

      Complaint regarding a paid Canva ****** TX graphic arts program account: Somehow 2 different Canva accounts were createdanm I lost access to both of them when I cleared my browser history. The company does not provide online screen share or phone support. I have literally spent ************ trying to regain access to my account that I have paid a monthly subscription for. They keep asking the same questions over and over which give me the impression that they are using AI bots to respond to at least 5-7 emails the ALL contain the same info they requested. I do not have access to my account. I'm an activist and need to have access to my designs on the fly and most info all have to be adjusted real time! I cannot be going thru the shenanigans>. I have attached a pdf which contains a copy of all the emails that I sent AS A CUSTOMER WHO IS ACTING IN GOOD FAITH to resolve this issue.What I want is: FIRST AND FOREMOST I do not want to have to explain this OVER AND OVER AGAIN....there is enuf info in the attached document for CANVA to assist. # 1 -4 is what I am asking them to do to finish the job Combine two accounts 2. Assist with resetting the password 3. Once I gain access to BOTH accounts & designs I WILL DOWNLOAD ALL that I need 4. When all files have been obtained THEN I will close BOTH accounts & obtain refund for ***********

      I am being charged a $15 monthly fee by Canva even though I am only subscribed to the Free plan which does not allow me to "cancel" a subscription because I do not have one, however they continue to charge me a monthly fee and I cannot get a hold of anyone in the business and the phone number listed says it is no longer in service.
