      I am gathering other contact information for a class action lawsuit this scam "company" Canva takes your signup information and AUTOMATICALLY signs you up for monthly recurring charges and then has the audacity to say they will issue a "courtesy" if you confront them on it, this keeps happening to people who just login I never provided any card information, they do what they call sweeping and use your email to pick-up any debit card or bank information from other websites and apply it to their own do not ever use this website I can provide many alternatives like Adobe or ******, Visme, etc.. others please contact me for alternatives to this criminal company

      If I could put zero stars I would. I have spent two whole days trying to recover access to the billing portion of my account. After 23 emails back and forth, because they will not give you a phone number to call, I still cannot connect my business email account to the billing. They keep telling me they can easily make my business email account my main account (I don't need another account!), but I have to change the email to a non-associated email account in order to recover access to my billing that I pay for! This is the most ridiculous circus I have ever dealt with in my entire life! I am looking for another platform for making flyers and social media posts for my real estate business. I have also asked for a refund. We'll see how difficult they make getting a refund!

      I received a email saying they were going to charge me $300, so I tried to cancel and they said since I was on free plan there was nothing to cancel- then I was charged any way they make it difficult to contact them- so after going through so many steps to connect to them I submitted a request for a refund- Im waiting to see if they are going to refund my $300it shouldnt take up to 20 days (they said depending on the bank. I would not recommend them.

      Unconscionable way to run a business. When a billing issue arised, I spent two hours pursuing resolution through all means offered by Canva to no avail. A third party gave me Tel. # ************ that was "not assigned to any customer. I than tried the only other contact number I could find online, ************. It too was a fail. I am left with no alternative other than to contact my bank to dispute the bill.

      This review is to alert everyone using Canva or those who are thinking of using Canva and specially to Canva's representative who is monitoring filings on BBB. I've used Canva for a couple years and the product is very good. No question there. However in the last few months (maybe longer) I noticed that my ****** has been charged for several months now for $15 per month even though i've already canceled the subscription. I've tried reaching out to ****** so they are aware and I also sent numerous emails to Canva and no one has replied to explain to me why these charges keep happening. I find it very interesting that there are apparently many reports here in BBB citing the same problem with aunauthorize charges. It seems evident to me that this kind of unlawful act is common practice with Canva. Canva needs to seriously address this rampant problem. Investigation should be carried out by the appropriate consumer organizations or law. Canva if you are reading this and would like to resolve this with my situation, I've giving you the opportunity to respond by communicating to me immediately. Thanks you.

      I was auditing our monthly credit card statement and discovered a $300 charge from Canva. We have never used this credit card for a Canva purchase. I tried to call the number that was provided on the Amex statement; it literally says, "the person you are trying to reach it not available. Goodbye." and hangs up. There is no way for me to contact customer service as it only exists for account holders. I will have to dispute this charge directly with Amex as I have no other recourse. Its beyond frustrating and feels like an incredibly fraudulent way to run a business.

      Great product, atrocious (non-existent) customer service. I needed help trying to modify our team account as the instructions online had me going in a loop that didn't resolve my issue. There is no customer support phone number, so I found a way to send them a message (after digging through many screens), tried reaching out 5 times over the course of several weeks, requesting they escalate my issue with zero response. Now using Abode Express.

      I was unable to find a way to cancel a canva pro subscription before it renewed for the year in my account so I instead decided to delete my active credit card from the account so that I would not be charged and left the account to expire. A previous expired credit card was the only card information in the profile. Instead, canva kept my data without my knowledge and charged my active credit card anyways. A refund was issued at my request but I am concerned with the fact that I assumed I had deleted my payment information from the website so that a payment could not be processed, but found that they still stored the information somewhere else and used it for payment without authorization.
