  The team I worked with was competent, engaged in my project, and very responsive. I never waited longer than a day for a thorough answer to any question, even with team members overseas. They definitely helped bring my vision to life and got me moving on all aspects from design to manufacturing, quality control, and logistics. When I didn't know what I was doing for my responsibilities, they got the right person involved to help me understand. I will definitely use them again on future projects.

  Gembah helped take our product to market in record time! I don't understand most of these negative reviews, though looking at the date ranges I can only assume that Gembah has gone through some changes in the past few years. Regardless, I can only speak to my positive experience with them. Pros:- Responsive - Transparent with pricing - Experts in their field - Amazing unit cost and MOQ allowances overseas Cons:- Price can be a little high, but well worth it if you have the capital - Lacking manufacturing options in the **

  Gembah helps their clients take ideas to fruition. I searched on Alibaba for manufacturers of health and beauty products but couldn't find any that made what I was looking for, and then I found Gembah. I contacted them and was assured they could locate a factory in one of the many countries where they have manufacturers and that they could make what I wanted. I was hesitant to trust them at first, but they were extremely professional and presented a clear path that we would follow together, resulting in a product I could sell. They segmented their process, promising me guidance every step of the way. I was given a detailed estimate for their services and paid my deposit. Gembah got right to work and within a few days, they had contacted several manufacturers and located the unique manufacturer I sought. They then arranged for custom samples to be made for my approval. Bottom line: They kept every promise they made, and they made me feel that my project was the most important project they were working on. If you are like me, with a good idea but in need of guidance for product design, product development, manufacturing, packaging, and shipping, Gembah is your one-stop shop.

  This might be the worst company I have ever worked with. They are basically leeches trying to **** as much money as possible out of you whether or not they can even deliver. I went through the entire process of design, engineering, manufacturing, etc. I ended up getting connected with a factory completely incapable of creating my product. After countless time and money spent I am now at **********. It is truly devastating, and they could care less. There is zero sympathy from their team. Everything is your fault and they are protected in every way possible. Whatever you do, STAY AWAY from this company.

  Unfortunately, we did not see bad reviews about Gembah online, especially the Reddit and Glassdoor reviews, and we ended up getting caught with thousands of dollars being promised to be paid to **, and still not being paid almost a year later. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. I have been in the product development business for 20 years, and have never seen such a mess of an operation. I was excited to be a user integrated into this idea that ****************** had for this hardware platform, only to find out, from what I saw, in my opinion they just took money from unsuspecting inventors, provided very little if any value at all, and then outsourced work to folks on the platform like myself - And yet even so, we still haven't been paid despite Gembah taking money from the inventor for the projects we worked on. I have never seen so many promises being made to customers with so little in return other than lining their own pockets.
