    Billed on 2/3/24 for $79.00 from "**********-Classic", a form of dental insurance which was supposed to be a ONE TIME only charge from back in February 2023. They charged me again in February '24 without consent. Filed a dispute with ***************** which was decided in **********'s favor. Wrote directly to ********** twice complaining about this, only to receive "canned" emails back stating it will take them 90-days to do anything. Not acceptable

    We received the customer's email notifying us of the issue on Wednesday, February 29th however the charge on the account occurred on February 3rd. According to our term and conditions he does qualify for a refund however the charge was disputed by the customer on February 15th. While a charge is disputed it cannot be refunded through our payment processing system. The dispute has now been removed and we have promptly resolved the matter by issuing a refund to the member's account. We believe that the issue has been thoroughly investigated and resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.

    Vantage One, without my authorization, charged my credit card $79 on 1/27/24, for a one year renewal of this discount dental plan membership. I have requested a refund. According to their terms a full refund is offered if a request is made within 30 days. Thus they owe me $79. When you try to call Vantage One, no one is available to take your call.

    The complaint pertains to a charge on Saturday, January 27th. Our company, however, is closed over the weekend. We received the customer's email notifying us of the issue on Monday, January 29th, and promptly resolved the matter by issuing a refund to the member's account on the same day. We want to assure the Better Business Bureau and the complainant, *****************************, that the issue has been thoroughly investigated and resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.

    Hello,I signed up for a yearly membership to Swish Detal in 03/2023. Their membership payments are handled by a company called Membersy. I had decided I no longer wanted the membership. I turned off my auto renew on 10/13/2022. I was sent a conformation email stating that my membership would no longer auto renew the same day. I then received a letter in the mail in February 2023 stating that my membership would auto renew. I immediately went to their website to make sure it was turned off. It stated that my membership auto renew status was pending. I ended up emailing them stating that I did not want to renew my membership. That was 02/15/2023. I received another email stating that my membership would not be auto renewed on 02/16/2023. On 03/22/2023 I received an email stating that my "membership has been renewed" along with a receipt for the $279.00 that was taken out of my account. The card that they had on file was expired. My new card had the same number with a different expiration date. I checked my bank account and there was a charge for $279.00 pending in my account. I immediately called Membersy to have a refund sent to me. They said it would take up to a week. I also called my bank and while speaking to them I decided to change my card to be sure that this wouldn't happen again. I spoke to someone at Membersy to have a check sent out. That was also on 03/22/2023. They said that it would take a month to a month 1/2 for a check in the mail. I said that was fine. On 04/26/2023 I still had not received a check. I called them again and was told they had my address wrong on the check and they had sent out a new one the day before 04/25/2023. They said this one would take 2 weeks to arrive. It is now 05/15/2023 and I still have not received a refund. I spoke to them again today and they said that the last check that was sent was on 04/26/23. Not 04/25/23 as stated. They also tried to tell me not to dispute the charge with my bank as it would take longer.

    We are in receipt of **************** BBB complaint re: her Swish Smile Membership refund.  We can confirm that ************ is owed a refund and we are using best efforts to get a check to her as soon as possible.  As noted in her complaint, Membersy did attempt to send check to her on two separate occasions; unfortunately, we did not include **************** apartment number in the delivery address, and the checks were returned as undeliverable.  We are processing another check payment for ************ and will ensure that the correct address (below) is included.  We apologize for the error and the delay in getting the refund to *************

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I have already been told that the apartment number was corrected and a new check was sent out on 04/25/2023 back when I called on 04/26/2023. When I called yesterday I was told that, that check was sent out on 04/26/2023 not the 25th. The address was also confirmed on the phone on the 26th of April as well as yesterday 05/15/2023. I want a check overnighted. It has been 2 months almost of waiting for a refund. A refund for something that I had canceled twice before being charged on my expired card.
