  When I received an email on July 20 telling me Thrive Dental would auto renew on July 27, I called immediately to tell them I wanted NO renewal; the woman who answered said not to worry, she'd take care of it. So I was taken aback when I checked my bank account on August 4 and found that Thrive had deducted $99 from my account. on July 27. I called Thrive again and the young man told me they had no record of my July 20 or 21 call. Said they'd take off charge in 3 to 5 business days. Meanwhile they have use of those funds. I am an unhappy camper.

  This company never sent me an email telling me that my dental plan subscription was coming up for renewal and just billed my credit card. When I called them to cancel the charge as I was not renewing, as I never participated in their dental plan., they told me they had no records of me in their system. I immediately called AMEX to dispute the charge but after two letters to AMEX they denied my request. AMEX obviously did not check the reputation of this company on the BBB. I have been an AMEX credit card holder for over 47 years. I have now cancelled my AMEX credit card. This company should be prosecuted for the scams they are perpetrating on the unsuspecting public. How can this company have A+ BBB rating on your site yet below that, on the same page, is a statement in red that reads "THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED."

  This company scams people.They say they send out emails to renew your membership but you dont receive it they just charge you and when you call them they become angry and hang up on you.Very poor and rude staff terrible customer service.

  Very unprofessional staff and rude folks who hang up the call when requesting to speak with a supervisor on call- they have been charging my mothers credit without her consent for an alleged membership that they claim she signed at a some dental office. Im reporting this to bbb for suspicion of fraud and unauthorized transactions in the amount $150. They claimed to have been sending mail notifications to an address we do not reside at or recognize. They also have our email address on file which *** never provided supposedly sitting in junk mail.

  they charged me $79 for a membership I did not want, then stole $20 from me in the form of a processing fee for a charge I did NOT AUTHORIZE
