      I cancelled my subscription within the 14 days required by their refund policy, and I have yet to receive a refund. I was told that my subscription was cancelled, and that my credit card would not be charged. Approximately 3 weeks later, selfpublishing.com tried to charge my credit card. If this company is not faithful to their own written policy, how can they be trusted with something that is precious to you (your story).
