      Writer beware!I payed **** dollars upfront to selfpublishing.com to assist me to prepare for an Amazon publication of my completed novel back in January of this ****. As an experienced writer, I didn't need or want writing seminars, or classes on writing... just assistance in online book preparation, cover, copy, formatting etc. I found the many communication problems with the zoom calls...or just calls, e-messages that went unanswered rather disappointing,, BUT when the project was finished and the januscript uploaded, the paperback edition was rejected because of a mistaken **** number. My"coach" was reluctant to help solve the problem because "she was too busy, and startd blocking my phone calls...Over a month went by of attempts to contact her, the email Kindle version was released online,, but the actaul book, the paperback, remained in limbo all that time... I kept begging for someone to help me with the **** problem, notifying the company head I was being ignored and my calls blocked. Only then would I receive a short apology and a vague comment but no reassurance that anything had been done to resolve the issue....After six weeks or so of trying ton contact the company, I secured outside assistance and I had the **** problem resolved by myself...After the paperbook was finally published on Amazon, and over a month after the novel was uploaded I received an email from the company offering to assist me in solving the problem! Feeling abandoned, I'd already solved the problem myself.The anxiety of having spent all that money and not having my book published, of thinking, was this company for real or not? Why were they so reluctant and slow to help me with this last final step to publish the book? Had I been conned? I never received a ***** back from them for not complying with their promise to see my book through to publication on Amazon... Not things I wish on any other writer, novice or otherwise....

      This author did not have an ideal experience during the publishing process with the **** number, and for that we had agreed to help by booking several book promotion websites to make the situation right and was agreed to by the author. In the process of uploading an authors book to Amazon, it requires some  personal information from them and this was our holdup on seeing the book through to published and delivering the book promotion websites as that information was not uploaded to allow our staff to publish the book. Honesty and Integrity are part of the core values we hold as a company and have gone to great lengths many times to ensure we fulfill a high level of service to each one of our customers. We would love the chance to make this right by the author and will be reaching out attempting to do so!

      I am extremely grateful to be in Selfpublishing.com's program to write my first book. I especially appreciate the strong and nurturing sense of community in the program, and how they provide all the tools and resources in the stages toward publication(paperback, hardback, ebook, or audio format) an author could ask for. It is amazing that there are at least 25 online classes per week offered which any student can take. Their annual conferences (non-fiction in summer, and fiction in fall) are educational and inspiriting. Also their customer support team members are very attentive and professional.
