      We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. The customer called us several times requesting some status of her sons ring, according to her, her son placed an order for USA Baseball in December but We didnt receive the order until February 3, 2023. So we didnt have any records. The order was shipped today, April 5th, to the sales office.

      In early December I sent by my ornate ************ class of **** college ring to Balfour for them to replace the cross (which had fallen off) on the stone of the ring. It has been a complete goat rope to get them to even acknowledge that they had the ring. Yesterday I recieved the most pathetic piece of c*** that I have ever seen .... plus the wrong size. Instead of the beautiful ring that I sent in I received some quite poorly made officer candidate school ring. I rang customer service and got a ***** mouthed response and outright lied to. ************************* said that she would e mail me immediately so that I could send photos directly to her. I never received the e mail. Today I spoke with ************************* and same run around. I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor to no avail. I want MY ******************** **** class ring back with the same items on it..with the repair....not some other ring (with quite poor workmanship. Order # ********

      *******************the ring be recast in 10K white gold. **************** responded saying they could agree to this and waive the $175 recast fee but I would need to pay the $55 metal upcharge. Originally, I agreed but then I took time to think about my situation. I have paid $135 to ship the ring 3 times ($30 shipping & insurance and $15 for Balfour to ship the ring back to me each time) and have been dealing with defective workmanship since my August 2021 order. I mailed the ring with the broken band back to Balfour, as requested, and sent a letter requesting the company cover the $55 metal upcharge, as well. The company contacted me by phone on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, saying they could not cover the $55 metal upcharge in addition to the $175 recast fee. $55 means very little to the Balfour company but very much to me both in value and in being able to feel good about the Balfour company. Can you help me?

      *************************taken prior to mailing it to them. When I received the replacement, everything on the ring was incorrect. I contacted them, was sent a mailing label to send the ring back. This went on 4 times with them unable to create a ring with the correct information and they wanted me to pay for shipping after the second return, so I spoke with a supervisor. Each time, I had to return the ring before they would send a replacement, which took 6 weeks each time. In October 2022 they shipped someone else's ring to me from ***************** and the last ring I received that took them 4 more weeks to send to me, has a damaged stone with a white cloudy circle in it. I have serious health issues and the stress this has caused is considerable. With their carelessness, they have taken from me something that I should have been able to hand down to my daughter as a keepsake.

      On 5/5/22 I ordered a ring (order #*********) totaling $1,717.15. It arrived on 6/7/22 with multiple problems: inside engraving was done in script and thus difficult to read the latin (I ordered block); very uneven application of antiquing, which was goopy in areas and absent in others; side lettering was poorly done and inconsistent with the website model. Called Balfour and followed up with email documenting these issues and provided photos of all. I returned original, and replacement ring arrived 9/15/22 with the same inside engraving error--despite being told that the replacement would be checked closely to ensure it was done correctly the second time. I emailed Balfour 9/15/22, 9/22/22, and again on 11/4/22 requesting that a supervisor contact me for resolution and for formal complaint. I have received no written reply to any of those emails and no contact from upper management. I received a voicemail from a service rep asking when the incorrect ring could be picked up--but this rep has failed to address emails or to forward to management. I paid $1717.15 for a product that I have still not received after multiple attempts to resolve the problem. I am, at this point, unwilling to go without a ring while Balfour (supposedly) fixes its mistakes yet again. While I understand engraving can be redone, that should not be my expense or inconvenience to bear. I would like the ring I purchased to be made correctly and verified closely, at which time I will gladly package the ring currently in my possession so that Balfour can arrange for a carrier to pick it up. Additionally, I would like to be compensated for my time and energy that Balfour has wasted, in addition to for months depriving me of a sentimental, celebratory item for which I paid a great deal. In the time I have had to redirect away from my business and instead toward dealing with Balfour's errors and poor service, I could have purchased this ring several times over.

      The engravings inside of the class ring from over 20 years ago were removed and redone poorly.  There are lots of scratches circling and covered the the original ******* *************** logo engraving on the front of the ring which is almost impossible to repair. I wont be able to ship it back before the label expiration date. Could you please provide another Fed3x label with insured value of the ring which is over $1300 now

      o take heart medications which didnt stop the pain.Its so shocking to see a solid 14k yellow gold class ring turned into a new hollowing white gold ring, which by definition has much lower gold composite. You just use a new class ring as a replacement engraved with my class and name. This is completely unacceptable Business practice! Even though I only started to wear in recent years, this ring was made over 20 years ago and has lots of sentimental values! If I had wanted to it be remade I would have chosen the regency style sent in my email instead of having a brand new imitation of my own class ring! this turns from a much heavier class ring into a much lighter cheap looking ring. the ring not only feels like hollow inside also from the sound of it dropping on the table its a hollow ring and different from my old 14k yellow class ring. Is this how youre making profit?
