  They say I have a toll violation. I was never on that toll road and the license plate number doesn't exist. **************** is not really ****************. It's people who are desperate

  Received a Notice of Liability letter for a city Ive never visited, for expired license plates when I didnt own a car ******************************************************************************** not to mention my name isnt even spelled correctly. Seems like a scam for sure.

  Called to pay on Monday and was told the hold on DMV will be off within 24 hrs. 36hrs later still there called back everyday for a week told something different everyday . You owe more paid it waited called back told you owe more. Now turns out I overpaid and that's why it hasn't been released yet. WTF. So now they are saying it's my fault because their workers don't know what they are doing. I have spent hours on the phone to get this fixed and still nowhere!!!!

  I received a letter stating I owed a traffic ticket that was paid 2 years ago. I went back on the Motor Vehicle website and checked. There is no balance owed. This is crazy. Im glad I didn't send them any money and investigated first. When I tried to look on their website it wasn't found but their payment site sure is up and running.

  I dealt with these folks years ago - I see they are still up to their shenanigans. Due to unemployment, I owed some back taxes to the ******** ********** of ******** and was contacted by this firm. IDOR is not without fault as well and appeared to be in cahoots, because once I was steadily employed again I contacted them to pay my back taxes directly to them. They said no, since the case had been submitted to this law firm, I had to go through them. Every time I called them, the amount I owed changed, so I had no idea. I finally sent them a check for what they said was the whole amount owed, thinking that would be the end of it. A couple months later I got further documentation saying I still owed IDOR over $400. The law firm had taken a hefty fee out of the money I sent, so the taxes were not fully paid. Surprise! I ignored any further communication from them, and it finally bounced back to IDOR, with whom I paid my balance directly, so my taxes were finally settled. Had I know that in the beginning, I would have ignored them all along and had it bounce back much sooner so I could pay the state directly. My credit was already shot over this.

  Same as everybody else! Received a letter of collections for an overdue toll from a state Ive NEVER been to nor driven through. I ignored the first letter, but after receiving the second notice today, I called the number on the letter. After giving the guy my reference number, he stated he could not proceed with a conversation without me telling him my full name and address. I informed him I would not be giving that info over the phone to someone that I was 100% sure was scamming me. After arguing back and forth for 15 min or so he finally agreed to put my name on the do not contact list, but Im sure thats not the last Ill hear from them. Why is nobody holding them accountable for this?! And how much money have they surely made off of naive, trusting people?!

  Next verse same as the first...a little more scammier and a little bit worse! They claim to be collecting tolls from ********. Only problem with that is I was not in that state on the date they claim, nor have I been to DE in decades. DECADES. When I called to ask for proof, no one ever answered. I'm not paying this--thank you BBB for letting me know I don't need to bother with these clowns.

  Received an unsolicited call on my home phone past the 8 oclock hour. Called back and waited until I was able to speak with someone. Of course its always on a recorded line. I didnt have a reference or account number since this was the first time Ive ever heard of this outfit. I gave the associate my home phone number and they attempted to check if the number was linked to an account. I was told that it wasnt and he couldnt explain why the call was made. Interesting? The guy was nice and we said good evening to each other and hung up. One star rating is only indicative of the unsolicited call and the potential of attempting to collect on a fraudulent debt. Its hard to keep track these days. With all the turmoil, bots and crooked ties.
