5 starsWe had a complicated move involving multiple storage units, an apartment and a house. All this, plus locations in 2 different cities. ***** and his team handled it all beautifully. They were careful and quick and moved my heavy antiques with precision. I was impressed, have recommended them to a friend and would hire them again in a heartbeat. 5 stars**********, Texas Fire Fighting's Finest ********************************************* did an outstanding job on my move. They are very affordable, professional, friendly, fast, and efficient. They handle your furniture with extreme care and caution. The Leader and crew members will go above and beyond to please their customers. This is my second time using them and I plan to use them again for future moves. I can honestly say that none of my furniture was damaged during both moves. 5 starsFrom the booking to the move I received excellent service. Everything from the deposit to the 3 hour minimum is explained on the booking call. Movers arrived on time and completed my move within the estimated time. Buyer beware. They will quote you a price and then change it after they get your "deposit". There are more honest people out there to move your stuff. I needed 3 heavy items moved up stairs and they gave me their hourly quote. I told them that the job would only take about 20 minutes and that one hour was plenty of time. They took my money and then decided to inform me that there is a time minimum that they must charge. When I opened my email with the invoice, I immediately cancelled the crew. They barely had time to get in their truck, much less to come to my location. They did have time, however, to charge my card for their time on the phone. Most expensive phone call ever. I recommend using someone else.

*****************, the picture you are painting here is simply untrue. All of our calls are on recorded lines. We have listened to the booking calls and have irrefutable proof that what your claiming here is false. Stating that we "took your money THEN decided to inform you of the time minimum" would indicate some sort of bait and switch tactic was employed, so let's clear up the chronology and stick to facts. We are transparent with our pricing. The hourly rate was stated, you agreed. Our 3 hour minimum policy was explained to you in detail prior to the booking fee ever being mentioned, you agreed. It was clearly stated that the booking fee was non-refundable; only transferable in the event of a rescheduling with 48+ hours notice. All these details were clearly discussed, nothing hidden, no shady tactics employed.
We would be happy to provide you with the audio file recordings of the calls.

Hire them! I have now used them twice.. They are very affordable, quick, and take very good care of your belongings. I have not had one damaged item or piece of furniture during either move. These movers are honestly the worst. They damaged so many nice pieces of furniture I had simply because they were not wrapped well. Some of the pieces believe it or not were not even wrapped, but thrown in on top of other items. It was a straight up amateur job. They sent two 18 yr old boys and one 19 yr old. I made pics of all the rooms and gave them the square footage of the house prior and they quoted me 5 hrs to load. These kids took 9 hrs to load with one full hour for lunch! The worst part is not that it ended up being over double the price, but that they took zero responsibility for the damaged items. You have to submit them to a third party and they ended up not reimbursing me for any of the damaged items or the misquote. No one will call you back to even make an effort to correct the errors. Unfortunately,in a case such as this where the items in question were transported independently, we cannot accept the liability for transit related damages.
It appears as though this was originally supposed to be a load of a rental truck provided by you and a load/delivery of one of our trucks. We have been made aware that the packing materials provided were more congruent with the original job scope than to be used on two rental trucks.
We are very sorry that there were transit related damages to some of the items in your shipment, but once a shipment leaves our care/custody/control, our liability for said shipment terminates. We cannot attest to the handling/shipping beyond our involvement, and therefor cannot assume the liability that point in time.
