1 starMy daughter's bed frame was damaged beyond repair. I specifically asked for it to be taken apart and loaded into a pod; they missed screws or tried loading it without taking it all apart and the wood panels are destroyed where screws stayed attached and panels broken off (purchased 2022, practicallyin new condition). My treadmill (bowflex, purchased ************************ new condition) and wooden TV cabinet ( a couple of years old, minor worn condition) were cosmetically damaged. I understand some damage can happen to heavier large items, but I chose a company I thought would have honest workers. The workers tried hiding the damages by putting a piece of paper on the bed panels. I waited for the claim process prior to writing about my experience to see how the company would handle this mishap. I received a check for $140 due to the weight of the bed and treadmill. This is a $2200 bed frame from ************ that can't be touched up or repaired. The total "weight" is irrelevant as the panels should have been properly taken apart by removing all of the screws. The weight of an individual panel is not that much, I can move them by myself without a dolly. I needed help taking the bed apart and loaded due to having a baby and a toddler with me.Besides the damaged bed frame and cosmetically damaged treadmill and tv cabinet, I would still not recommend. They did not load the pods properly. They left a lot of open space at the top as if they weren't sure how to stack properly meaning I had to rent an extra pod since I had 2 pods loaded half way instead of to the top. Also, my large tv and art boxes were loaded in on their sides. I don't understand this when the boxes were clearly marked with arrows and tv pictures on them. I didn't need the extra stress of wondering if they got damaged until we were able to unpack them. Nice guys, I guess, but totally clueless on moving stuff and taking furniture apartReview fromJohn M

1 starThey broke my treadmill and lied to my face that they did not break or drop anything. The guy even looked me in the eye and shook my hand. Im very disappointed that they can use that name.Review fromRohan R

1 starI'm writing this because I think it's important for potential customers (like I was). Here were my issues:1) They were expensive but assured me I would be getting their 'most experienced' crew. Shortly after they arrive I ask how long the crew has been there. The lead guy says almost 3 years. (Good.) But the 2 movers - one has been there 5 months (what?!) and the other guy...it's his first day!! I felt a bit scammed.2) I was unable to meet them at the destination due to an emergency. Everything was going to a 2-story house with all the bedrooms on the second floor. I arrive a week later and find boxes on the first floor that say 'bedding', 'clothes', etc. They managed to get a few boxes on the second floor that said 'clothes' or 'master' but it appears they got tired or lazy because they left a lot of them on the first floor - which only has a kitchen and living room!3) The worst part - the WORST part - NOTE THIS! - The management! When I brought up this issue the person who I had worked with who told me I'd be getting their best staff tells me that to remedy the situation (to get my boxes upstairs), they'll offer me a reduced rate of like $108/hour at 3 hours minimum. I escalated to management and that person, after researching, comes back with, 'we can offer you $108/hour at 3 hours minimum'. Basically it did no good. Their excuse? The movers said they weren't provided any direction. What kind of direction do you need to put clothes and bedding upstairs where there are bedrooms? And not leave them downstairs where there's a kitchen and dining room? Especially when they managed to get a few of these boxes upstairs. They give actual firefighters a bad name. What I would like is the amount of money they would charge me to fix this situation refunded. I paid over $4,000 for a comprehensive move by their most expert staff. Far from it. Just refund me what you would charge me to fix it and I'll find someone else to do the work.Review fromSteven R
