World of Tanks *********** finals. Log in, watch official stream. Collect 'keys' No cost to do so other than two plus hours of your time.The problem for myself and many other players is that the World of Tanks Blitz server timed out meaning we could not watch the approved stream and therefore collect points. World of Tanks Blitz initially responded that it was probably that their server was overwhelmed, which they now deny. They blame the internet providers for all of those unsuccessful at getting in.When I couldn't get into the official stream I watched an unofficial stream which meant my internet was not the problem.In fact I completed tests (pingplotter) as suggested by WOTB and tests from Bell. My internet was working properly. I have reached out to WOTB since the problem has not been resolved, and offered to work with them. I am rejecting this response because:
I have spoken to members of my clan and at least six that responded from ******, *******, ***** and Pennsylvannia all said they were able to access the official streams occasionally, but did not file tickets. It would seem that if six in our clan alone were unable to access the official streams (and four did not log tickets) that it would seem improbable at best that it was our internet providers that were at fault.I logged tickets, downloaded, completed and sent back WOTB apps and pingplotter tests and was told it was not at my end.
In an initial response one WOTB ticket responder said it was most likely too many people trying to subscribe.
I offered to help work with WOTB to ensure this problem does not reoccur but WOTB closed my ticket.

A purchase was made on my account by a child while my game was open on the computer. This purchase was made in error, and costed $131.99 CAD. As soon as I found out about this errant purchase, I contacted support for a refund. I had not used any of the purchased items (christmas box items), nor spent the premium currency that was obtained from the boxes. Furthermore, the boxes did not give the items advertised, which further poses an issue.Wargaming refused to give a refund for this errant purchase, so I disputed the purchase with my credit card department because it was not the merchandise advertised nor was it something I intended to purchase. During this credit card dispute, wargaming suspended my account. This costs me premium days (which are an in game boost of real financial value), as well as access to paid assets I previously bought irrelevant to this disputed purchase.Such forced removal of my valuable items for a legitimate dispute is unacceptable. I am filing a complaint against Wargaming.net for their handling of my requests for refunds related to their game, World of Tanks (WOT).I purchased 240 Christmas Boxes from WOT, used only 160, and requested a partial refund for the remaining 80, totaling $80. On 4 separate occasions I have gotten violations placed against me for other players actions. I have the replaced to show if thats the requirement the other problem is they have an RNG system which is designed solid to make you fail. I have over 100 replays to show the proof behind this they need to have the company downgraded. As an example if a mission requires you to get 15 critical hits, you can shoot a tank in the exact same spot, and it will ricochet and or penetrate with no critical damage. However, when the mission is not going to shoot the same tank in the same location, and it turns into a critical hit.Business Response

*****************************in regards to the physics abuse it is very biased I have seen several people that I know get banned for physics abuse when they were the victims not the perpetrators how do I know this because they sent me the replays I have also been a victim of the one sided bias of the physics abuse reporting system so I did a study I set up ********************************************************************************************************************************************************** not they were guilty of said abuse the other eight included actual physics abuse and other forms of cheating that were caught but none of those accounts were banned your system is very skewed and you seriously need to look into your systems second the I have collaborated with 25 different people over the course of the past two weeks we have combine total of **** games and we did several different analogies and studies proving that your RNG causes an individual to lose once they have one of three things going it is a requirement for a mission they have done above average the previous two to three games or they're running boosters that was over **** games under our belt players ranging from as low as **** PR to as high as **** PR with the tabulated information prove that your RNG is not rigging the game there are several very good youtubers out there who have also shown extreme problems with your RNG

In February of 2022 my bank held funds to wargaming.net for suspicious activity and so wargaming suspended my account yet in march or 2022 the funds were released to wargaming and paid in full but my account remains locked to this day and contacting there support they tell me I must repay the full amount again which amounts to double charging me. To be clear they are not giving me double they simply tell me to pay the amount to gain access to my account yet as is clear from the statements below I have paid them in full and have spent a lot more then that with the company over the years so the total loss is much greater then just the stated amount $159.94 that is disputed. Warning- Tax Fraud! Wargaming.net has been accused in court about this previously. State and local tax combined should not fluctuate on online electronic expenses. This is illegal. I confronted WG about this and in their explanation it said that they don't deal with tax or online purchases which in fact they do. In the 2 documents it shows in game invoices charging me a higher tax rate for the same purchase. I asked my bank about this and they confirmed they should NOT be changing the tax rate.Business Response

The applicable combined tax rate is determined based on the users location at time of purchase. The tax rate used to calculate the amount of taxes due is 8.9% which is the combined rate of Pasco County (2.4%) and the ******************* (6.5%). Tax rates displayed in invoices may include rounding effects resulting from the way they are displayed.
However, this does not affect the amount of taxes that are collected from or refunded to the user. These are calculated based on local rates applicable to the location and are applied consistently for that location. The user was consistently charged the correct amount of local taxes for their location in both quoted cases. We are currently working on changing the way combined tax rates are displayed to the user to facilitate a better understanding of the process.
Unconsumed purchased digital goods were refunded, as per the users request.

Wargaming does not ask for or keep on file your street address. Tax rates are based on the available IP address information at the time of purchase. This is the only way Wargaming can determine the tax rates, as we dont capture, nor do we keep any other information on file in regard to your exact physical location.
Both of the purchases you made were geolocated in *****, **. In our systems, this is the location information captured when you made the purchase. It is possible the geolocation reflects the datacenter used by your ******** Service Provider rather than your physical location.

I have had the game World of Tanks Blitz from Wargaming for a long time and have given them thousand of dollars. I have had connection problems all along but now it is to the point I can't play the game. I have notified them on many occasions and complained. Their response is a bunch of technical mumbo jumbo and passing the buck. I took and gave them Ping plotter tests. They admitted there is a problem which they cannot fix nor can I. I am rejecting this response because:IT'S THE SAME OLD,SAME OLD. YOU ARE SELLING A FAULTY PRODUCT THAT YPU EXPECT ME TO FIX. I AM 68 YEARS OLD AND I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE ON HOW TO FIX THE CONNECTION ISSUE. I HAVE JUMPED THROUGH YOUR HOOPS LONG ENOUGH.THIS IS A BUYER BEWARE SITUATION. NO MATTER WHAT I DO IT'S NEVER ENOUGH TO FIX IT. IT IS YOUR RESPONSABILITY NOT MINE. YOU TAKE MY MONEY KNOWING YOU HAVE ISSUES TO PROVIDE A PRODUCT WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. I WANT A REFUND!! We understand your frustration caused by the bad connection while playing.Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund for two reasons. First, all the in-game items you purchased have already been used in the game. Secondly,this contradicts the End User License Agreement we have with players (Section 6.4.5, 8.3.2, and 8.4). ***********************************************6.4.5 once you have redeemed or activated Content, including without limitation any Additional Feature, it is not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable for other Content, cash, goods or services;
8.3.2 Once you have purchased Additional Features, those Additional Features are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (whether or not you use them);
8.4 Non-Refundable Purchase. In the event you purchase Additional Features from Wargaming, we will transfer the Additional Features to you only once that payment has been processed, and you may start using Additional Features as soon as you have completed the purchase process. You therefore have no right to cancel any transaction to purchase Additional Features after completion of the purchase process and being entitled to download the Additional Features.
Nevertheless,we are fully committed to diagnosing the issue of why the connection is not reliable and to helping resolve the problems if we can.
