On 5/16/2023, I purchased a "Collect 'Em All x3" set of containers. Two containers had tanks and the other had random items. Most importantly, Gold Charms indicate in their details, "Each time you open a container, you get a Gold Charm." However, this is not the case as noted by ************************* who responded to me with, "Hello, **********,Charms are given if the tank hasn't dropped.You received tanks from 2 containers, so charms are not provided in these cases.Best regards."In no place are the exceptions listed or explained. Was given a 3 day ban for cheating. lol. no proof, no explanation and im sure theyll say, we reviewed your situation and acted accordingly....with no proof show to the accused , *********** have roughly 200 battles and a 46 percent win rate. hardly cheating stats. yet you notice a lot of possible cheats happening with wild 20km magazine shots and stuff. they just say send us a replay, so now you do there job. A good portion of their terms and agreement is in violation of actual law. just because they put it up and you accept it doesnt make it law. lol its transactions are refused by most banking cards and for good reason with the complaints filed against them. is it possible for a class action suit to make wargaming change there terms, we will soon find out.I still cant believe ive been accused of cheating with out even seeing why. very last straw with this unaccountable company and will spend spend what money i would on the game to heavily promote people to stay away from it. playin for 12 years and CB teste 2 of their games...and im the cheat.this game will rob you and claim they were right. no proof shown of so called cheat, then kiss my money and time good byeBusiness Response

I was banned on 2/6/23 for ban evading using a secondary account. This came as quite a shock considering, they referred to my only account as a second account and I have not been banned to my knowledge for at least 5 years. I have made numerous attempts to contact support through the recommended channels. I receive the same response every time and every time they tell me to contact support for more information and I receive no more information. What I really want is someone to explain my ban to me so I can understand the misunderstanding. The only thing I can think of is someone logged on my account and got banned while I was on hiatus and then logged on their own account and that would get me banned. I've never had more than a single violation and after doing some reading I would have to have more than 7 major game violations in a quarter to receive a permanent game ban and I haven't received any temporary bans to my knowledge. I have physics abused in the past and would completely understand if I got a week/multiple day ban for that but, trust me if this ban gets reversed I'm never risking multiple weeks of my time attempting to get my account back to push someone in a video game. I am rejecting this response because: Yes I have used several game accounts from my device, but none of which were used while I was banned before I was banned permanently for ban evading. I logged into a friends account through the wargaming launcher. I know thousands of clan war players do this and participate in tournaments/campaigns, I did this to play some public matches and try out some of the tanks he had. I dont understand why I would be permanently banned for this. I logged into a friends account after I was banned because I didnt realize that was against the **** and after that I never logged in again. If you could provide me with reason on why I was permanently banned initially, I would understand but, if its just logging in on another persons account and playing a random match forces players to be permanently banned, then almost all your clan wars players would be banned. I didnt even play in a competitive environment. Im asking for consistency if I get permad for playing some random battles on a friends account. Then ban your entire clan wars player base permanently.

Received random banns associated around account that were given no reasons and have already appealed them both. Have spent a lot of money in this game and to get banned prior to the biggest events of the year "clan wars" and have no support present i request a refund of the entirety of the account or double the time loss, or compensation for missing out on the start of the event.Business Response

The company blocked my account after my bank stopped payment to them for a few purchases I made. My bank thought it was a suspicious purchases. I informed them I will correct the issue. But due to the company blocking access to my account they have prevented me from using my battlepass which is time sensitive and will expire on the 18th of January. I asked for a partial refund for this because this was paid for almost already paid for. They told me no they will not do so effectively taking my money without allowing to use the service I paid for.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: The charge back isn't the issue at hand. I am not faulting wargaming.net for the charge back my bank felt the purchase was fraudulent and took action as a precaution I have stated this. I have also stated that I will be more then happy to correct the charge. My issue is I did pay for a battle pass that has an expires after 28 days.The restriction on my account prevents me from completing said battlepass. I bought it to complete it. Not to be told that I can not complete it. I know you can't pause it so what then? How to I recoup that lost money on the battlepass?

The Company uses apparent deceptive practices to take money from customers. In World of Tanks, they have TWO different premium services, one called Premium Account and the other called Premium Pass. There is no obvious place where the differences are explained, leaving the average consumer to believe that they are one and the same with interchangeable names. I was fooled by this when buying a premium account and was then notified by customer service that there was a difference.To make matters worse, when you click on a link that says "Buy Premium Pass" it brings you to a store page that has no place to obviously buy a Premium Pass but there IS a place on the page to buy a Premium Account...again, making one think they are the same.I ask that they immediately make a change to this apparent deceptive practice through removal, combining, or name change.Business Response

This event took place in February 2020.While chatting on the forums a often rude poster insulted me, I let my anger get the better of myself and I gave him some back, He responded and again insulted me. This poster has a long history of posting whenever I do and basically is most times rude and combative if not out right abusive. My response to this person was about the word Drama and how I defined it, I stated in the post that this was not a personal attack nor meant to be taken seriously. I should have been the bigger person but I was not but I do not deserve to be completely banned from my friends on the forums for life. It seems like a Wargaming employee has a vendetta against me for some really silly reason. Since I have posted information about the game that has yet to be released to the player base and while not always correct I have been correct enough times to be scrutinized much more than any others. If the company did not want me to post about future events they could have sent an email and asked and I would have refrained but harassment or treating one person different than the rest is uncalled for. I will refrain from making violating the rules but I would like an apology and an explanation for this as I have seen worse offenders many times and nothing has happened to them. I was in an active game battle where I was having a very civil conversation with someone regarding their son having autism. I was then given a chat ban, for which I had to open a Ticket and argue with them to find out why. Once I found out why, which was using the word autism that someone randomly reported, I went and opened more tickets. They throw generic responses around and want to try and slap everyone with **** rules. I continue to open a ticket regarding this chat ban, because they keep closing the ticket. Each and every time I am responded to, the ticket gets closed. Each and every time I get a response, its from a completely different person than before. I am being passed through multiple hands that are repeating the same things. I was told most recently that some words may harass another player. I asked them to read the game conversation AGAIN and they will see that I was NOT harassing anyone. They refuse to Acknowledge the fact that I didnt harass anyone in the conversation AND I find it wrong that just because someone reported it for whatever reason they chose, action is unjustly taken against my account. Now, 3 hours after my 5th ticket was closed, they put another chat ban on my account. I have no idea why they keep doing this to me. I feel that their system of back-checking their employee responses is horrendous and unjust. I have sadly spent thousands of dollars in this game over the years and this is the result. This is their way of treating people. They seem to not have the ability to identify and properly react to situations in the game. I asked them if they have a problem with the words autism and autistic. They said they do not discriminate against players, yet they are against me. I have called them out on it, they refuse to answer certain questions I have. They give a generic response and then close the ticket so I have to start over again. Based on what Ive read of their responses on the BBB, I doubt theyll do the right thing AT ALL.Business Response

This has been already explained, and as even the words in question are still sanctionable, wed like to advise to avoid talking about sensitive topics in game. If, at all necessary, In-game, you have chat functions where you can specifically talk to someone instead of bringing those topics during battles.

I am rejecting this response because:The chat function ingame had a function to blockout sensitive words. Speaking to someone regarding autism isnt harassment against a person. Harrassment is intentional, this was not. You cannot say that someone was accidentally harassed. That is nonsense and I will not be accepting that. Most recently I received ANOTHER chat ban which I disputed and they overturned it immediately without question. This tells me there is a problem with your system and employees. The second chat ban involved no sensitive words.

As previously stated, the word "autism" was not the only message that originally triggered this sanction. When someone requests an appeal, we review the chat logs to gain more context. We have reviewed these logs, and did not find that you were using that word in an inappropriate manner.

I have been a subscriber off and on since 2016, I have had nothing but problem after problem (see below) along with multiple issues as it pertains to the algorithms the game uses (Random Number Generator RNG which controls everything to projectile flight, target strike location, random team structure builds for a game session) which are built into the game that causes undo and unnecessary hardship in the form of unfair game play circumstances, which in turn causes multiple in game losses and requires the use of real money (in a game thats supposed to be free to play) in order to achieve a modicum of success within the game through the purchase of in-game currency, speacilty items (consumables / special tanks etc).For something thats supposed to be enjoyable as a past time and or hobby, this "enterprise" seems geared only to taking the subscribers money and offering very little if nothing in return for the services the subscriber pays for. I have filed multiple complaints and service tickets surrounding these issues with the company ALL to no avail. The staff and owners of this vile company are not interested in providing customer support, or any resolution or succor from the situation and unfair construct they have created, all the while taking subscribers and players money while offering nothing in the way of a 'product' for the money spent.Business Response

In the matter about RNG in your complaints, please understand that RNG is only used for some of the game mechanics, mainly: Gun Penetration, Gun Dispersion and Gun Damage, this approach is taken based on what real life vehicles would do. Even the same type of round being shot at an armor on the exact same angle would show different results every time.
This is reflected in the game with the Random Number Generator mechanic you have mentioned, which takes any base value and during the moment a projectile is shot from a ******, the system automatically calculates the dispersion. When hitting a target, it will calculate the penetration and afterwards, damage.
In no way those numbers or calculations are manipulated, as the name implies, it calculates random values, this also happens to all vehicles and players, without exclusion.
You also mention about the Matchmaker, that in no way is assimilated to the RNG mechanic. The current in game Matchmaker takes a very small amount of data to generate battles, mostly: Vehicle Tier and Vehicle Type.
When you ready a Tier 6 vehicle to play a game, you are sure that you will either see vehicles that are 2 tiers below or 2 tiers higher, this means you will be able to see vehicles of Tier 4 or Tier 8. Matchmaker will also try its best to assimilate teams according to vehicle types, such as Light, Medium, Heavy, Tank Destroyers and Artillery, so theres as minimal differences as possible between teams. There is no other mechanic as implied that gives users advantages, or disadvantages for that fact. The system doesnt take into consideration a user Win Rate or Battle Amount for example.
We have verified that this has been explained across multiple tickets where those mechanics were made clear to you and explained.

I made a simple statement on the World of Tanks forum, About how the game has been around for more than twelve years and we should all enjoy the game as it will not last forever. I cited a current event and some other things as proof of an unsure Future. I was banned permanently for this, I had not insulted a person place or thing and the forum moderators explanation was this was my fifth strike and all fifth strikes are permanent. Fifth strikes that are permanente is all well and good but this is not my fifth it is in fact my first strike. Once I mentioned this to the support staff I was told I had insulted someone but I had not insulted anyone. The forum moderator has had a problem with me for a while, he doesn't like the fact that I post information about the game, things only a few are privy to. It's silly but this has gone on for two years or so with myself posting unknown information about the game and this adult getting angry about it. It's a game and the information I post is not breaking any rules, it's so childish but he saw a chance to ban me permanently and took it. I just want this childish issue solved and or my money returned. I have spent in excess of Ten thousand dollars on this game in eleven years.Business Response

We don't allow conversations that involve politics or other controversial issues in-game. While we understand that there are currently real-world situations happening that affects some of our users, these should not be discussed and/or argued about during a game.
