We went to ********************** in ********** to go to a restaurant. Sign says to register on their app and pay. Also says businesses can give a discount code. Went into the business and entered the discount code and Peak Parking says no discount or refund because you already paid. This is deceptive business practices and I will never visit this area or it's businesses again.

We are sorry for any inconvenience and always willing to adjust/refund our customers in instances like this. We are reviewing this now as this is the first time we have been made aware of any issues at this location.

I bought a business in Deep Ellum on Main St. 3 years ago. I couldn't keep employees due to cost of parking in DE. We contacted Peak Parking & worked with ****. Took us FOREVER to get someone to speak to us about paying for parking spots either monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc. **** said give him some time to come up with something. FINALLY heard back & deal offered was 3 spots for $75 each per month ($225/mon. total). We have had NO issues for 3 years bc we never have over 3 working @ same time to be parked in a lot. ****, most hired don't even drive but take DART. FINALLY hired 1 who drives sometimes. Emailed **** to obtain him a decal & update him with our list of employees who have decals. We were contacted by *** @ PP saying **** no longer worked there, they have NO CONTRACT WITH US & therefore rate will be $150 for EACH spot a month! WTF! If I didn't have a deal with PP, why have I been paying them $225/month for 3 years! So they can just change the deal they have with us, NO notice? Other option provided was 7-8 block walk for $75 each spot a month. I have employees getting off @ midnight, NOT safe walking that far @ this time! We ended up having to settle on 3 hang tags employees will switch back & forth for $150 each. In the reviews about "we aren't responsible for the boots". They contract that company to boot cars, therefore, THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING COMPANY'S POLICIES AS THEY PAY THEM TO DO THIS! PEAK PARKING IS VERY SHADY & I'm currently looking for other arrangements but must have parking for my employees until I can find someone reputable that isn't overcharging like most of these companies. Or I will find a vacant building for sale nearby & buy it, renovate it into a parking garage, & then offer reasonable pricing to local companies to provide their employees parking in a nearby parking garage. I will hire security to work there! I can't believe this isn't already a thing in downtown ******. I live in *************** have QUITE A FEW OF THESE!

I got scammed by this company also today. I was parked at the lot beside ******************* I tried texting the number on the sign didn't work. I scanned the ** code and paid tried paying additional hours 3 times would not work but still paid to make sure to show I paid! Came out boot on front tires only car! Called to see why by the orange sticker tags on my windows. The guy that works for Premier Parking Enforcement by the name of ***************************** permit number 31 ***** driver license number ********* date of birth 11/17/1982 his badge expires on ************************************************************************************************************************************************* order for my boots have been removed I had to pay $125 this is robbery and I am going to reach out to the newscast to get Peak parking investigated along with this individual that took my money. Normally, you have parking lots that will email you to say time is expired would you like to pay for additional time since they have your card information on file!

I have never seen a more poorly managed company in my entire life. We parked in a spot that would not allow me to pay after 6:00 p.m. I paid until 6:00 p.m. and came back to my car and there was a boot on my car. All that the agent could tell me was that the parking lot is turned over to the club at 7:00 p.m. not a single sign in the entire lot or anywhere else said that there was any charge after 6:00 p.m. this company literally extorts people out of money, I can't even believe that they are even allowed to continue to do business. The lot that I parked in was in ****** *****, Lot number **** and agent ID 77. It has nothing to do with money at this point, it's completely about principal and I cannot even believe that they are allowed to take advantage of people like this.

We understand this was a frustrating experience for this individual however, we do not operate the booting company therefore we have no control or insight over their operating procedures. The booting company and their agents are hired by the landowner and is in no way facilitated by Peak Parking. The parking lot does have signage that it is only available until 6 pm which is why this customer was only able to pay from 4 pm to 6 pm, unfortunately after 6 pm it is no longer operated by Peak Parking. We spoke to this customer several times by email and addressed this matter in a timely fashion.

The same thing happened to me as another commenter below. They own adjoining lots and put up confusing signage for which lot uses which payment method (I argue there was no sufficient signage) so that they can ticket innocent and unsuspecting people $80. When we called after receiving the first letter, we were instructed to send in the receipt for parking and they would dismiss it. We sent the parking receipt in and did not hear anything back from them for two months when we received a collections letter from an atty in ******** named ****************************. You can put his name into ****** and see what a fraudster he is, too. This guy was disbarred and more. Someone went as far as buying the domain name for *************************** to tell the world, so you can read all about him if you wish. It's the second result that comes up on G00gle. When I called the collection agency is when we determined I parked in the "wrong lot". He was suspiciously fast to come up with that determination, too. This is obviously not their first rodeo. When I politely asked what kind of scam they were running, he went off the rails yelling at me and hung up before I could get a word in. When I called Peak Parking directly after getting yelled at and offered to pay the original parking fee since this is all an honest mix-up, my offer was declined and was rudely spoken to and made to feel like an idot. She, too, is quick to offer up pdf's with maps of the entrances and sign. This is not her first rodeo and she admitted as much when I asked if this happens all the time. This company has poor and nonexistent dispute resolution which is the reason for my review. They went from "send me a receipt", straight to collections with no courtesy call or follow up email as to why my dispute was denied. This whole operation reeks of a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME!

We would be happy to look into this further however we have no record of this individual or their experience. We do not have any connection or association with the individual from ******** named in this review as we do not have any business or services in that state.

Absolutely deplorable! They have adjoining lots in downtown ******. I parked and paid at the machine directly in front of the parking spot. I then received a letter in the mail a week later that I did not pay and owed the company $80 or they will boot my car. After calling the company, I discovered that they own two lots separated by a white line and I used the machine for the second lot, not the first that I parked in. It's nothing more than a scam! They send you a threatening letter with the backing of lawyers. Hoping people will be scared enough to just pay the money and move on. This company should not be able to operate like this and can't believe it is allowed to.

We would be happy to look into this further. We do not operate or facilitate the booting company as this is something that is contracted out by the land/lot owner.
