    Good afternoon, my name is ******* Escobedo **** and I am sending this email to get back my belongings that were in the car that was taken without prior notice without permission when they found out that they had no reason to take it with my wallet and $960 dollars that I have plus documents and personal things immediately since I need to make my payments and buy food. The car was taken on November 19, 2024. and the date I had to return the car was November 26, 2024. I have always maintained my status well without problems. I urgently need to do this since I have not been able to do anything since that day and I do not have my wallet or my money. and I need to work. I have never been left in a bad position but this time I don't know what happened so much that I even filed a police report because that's what Hertz and Lift told me, which I have here. Then the officer who filed the theft report came to my house to tell me that the car had not been stolen, that Hertz had taken it. I need my things and my money immediately. Please. Thank you. Here is my phone number. ************. Att. ******* Escobedo **** Nobody wants to take responsibility. I have tried a thousand ways and nobody wants to return my things. I have already lost payments. I urgently need my money and my things that were in the car. I urgently need it.There are the emails where nobody wants to answer me about my things.

    I rented a vehicle through the Lyft Express drive program on September 26, 2023. The following week I was admitted to the hospital and reached out to Hertz and Lyft to find out what I needed to do to extend my rental. ***** with Hertz in Bedford advised me to check in with Lyft which I did. **** advised me my rental was extended until October 17, and I had to get my rental fees in by that date, so I continued to drive. I am extremely upset and frustrated as this seems to be a standard practice at this location. Also due to all of these additional fees, my account was suspended which means I can't work. These employees seem to use misleading and deceptive business practices as a way to fraudulently obtain additional funds from it's customers and I request a review and refund to be made whole.would like to receive a credit for the following charges: 1. Extra day $38.43 2. ************** $28.96 3. Premium ************************** $22.22 4. Vehicle License Fee $42.68 and have the tax charges ($106.41) adjusted based on the actual cost of my rental.

    This was not a car sales customer. I forwarded this to the Lyft program manager and his response is : 

    The location returned the vehicle, the day it is was received.

    Customer agreed to the coverage ( which includes Premium road side service) on the day she picked up.

    The vehicle the customer picked up was equipped with telematics thats tracks the mileage and fuel, she was charged for not bringing the fuel back at the same level it went out.

    I have been utilizing a Hertz Express Drive rental to provide ride-sharing services through Lyft since November 23, 2022. Despite receiving automated weekly renewal notifications, I recently found myself inundated with threatening phone calls and text messages beginning on February 20, indicating that my rental was overdue. After numerous attempts to rectify the situation through contact with ***************************** via email and phone, I ultimately visited the ************** in person due to the urgency of the matter. On February 24, I was forced to sign a new rental agreement under the premise of a price change, which has since resulted in overdue charges stemming from an apparent clerical error. Despite dedicating over 20 hours to resolving this issue through customer service, I have yet to receive meaningful assistance due to language barriers and an apparent lack of corporate oversight. While I have already paid the balance due in order to maintain my transportation to vital doctor ************ at the VA hospital, I cannot afford to continue paying additional fees as an unemployed, combat-disabled veteran. I possess videos of these customer service calls and in-person visits to document the frustrating run-around I have received from Lyft and Hertz.
