    Sold me a "certified", "150-pt inspected" used vehicle with obvious power steering leak underneath, key fob that didn't connect, all oils black, alignment off. They messed up my paperwork by putting a different vehicle as my trade-in and had to redo a week later. Took 3 weeks to get just the key fob addressed. They haphazardly cleaned the burnt oil from the leak, leaving most of it still there. 2 months later, I get a toll bill - they COPIED my TX Temporary Tag and put it on another person's vehicle! That's fraud. Stay clear of these people. They will lie to your face, falsify legal documents, avoid your calls/emails, and scam you.

    I reserved a car at this location twice and literally the day of pick up(both separate dates scheduled) about an hour before I get a text stating my reservation was not honored. The first time I was like okay Ill just reschedule, the second time I was given 2 emails to use for concerns and the response I got from ***************************** was very unprofessional, he email me back stating he was JUST ABOUT to contact me because a car become available but since I said I would contact their headquarters he was not allowed to communicate any further yet he proceeded to send additional emails none of them trying to accommodate me with the vehicle that became available. The mental anguish I received from this Hertz employee is mind boggling. I didnt realize the 2 star rating at this location until I went to write my review so everyone be mindful of these reviews when doing business with this location.
