Our records indicate this account originated on October 1, 2020, through an agreement between ******************* and Debonta ********. The original account number is ********* (attachment A). The last payment in the amount of $57.94 was received on April 30, 2021. Due to nonpayment the account was charged off on June 30, 2021, and the amount charged off was $1,484.39.
To date, CCS has had no direct communication with Debonta ******** by telephone, mail or email. In an attempt to resolve this matter with Debonta ********, I ask that she contact me directly at ************* to discuss this account in detail. Our records indicate this account originated on March 14, 2020, between ****** Furniture and Jmia *** ****. The original *********** account number is *********** agreed upon Lease Purchase contract offered a cash price of $2,986.88 during the first 90-days or a 24-month lease payment plan totaling $9,139.92 (attachment A). Our records also indicate the last lease payment amount was $421.92 on October 6, 2020. Due to nonpayment Okinus charged of the account on January *******, and the charge off amount was $7,469.12.
To date, CCS has had no direct communication with Jmia *** **** by telephone, fax or email. CCS has received multiple Experian and Equifax EOSCAR **** originated b Jmia *** ****. As required by the **** a complete investigation was conducted and all sensitive and account information provide through the **** was verified. The **** response was submitted to EOSCAR on that same date the **** code was updated to XB.

Complete Credit Solutions, **** (CCS) purchased a file of charged off consumer debt originated by **************** on February 17, 2023. Included in this purchase was the outstanding and delinquent debt owed by **** ******.
Our records indicate this account originated on January 23, 2018, through an arrangement between **************** and **** ****** employer at that time. The original **************** account number is *********. Between January 18 and October 31, 2018, **** ****** originated five (5) separate loan agreements (see Attachment A, B, C, D, E). The account was paid on for ten months. The last payment in the amount of $109.91 was withdrawn from his paycheck November ******. The account was charged off by **************** on November 25, 2019. The amount charged off was $3,500.91
To date, CCS has had no direct communication with **** ****** by telephone, fax or email. On November 7, 2024,*** received an Experian, Equifax and TransUnion EOSCAR **** originated by **** ******. I am writing to file a formal complaint against Credit ********************** for an unauthorized account that appears under my name. This account was first reported on my credit file without my consent or knowledge, as detailed below:--COMPLETE CREDIT SOLUTI_D23808XXX Opened: Jun 19, 2020 Original Balance: $1,4668--------Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with Credit ********************** and through disputes filed with the credit reporting agencies, the account continues to negatively impact my credit score and financial well-being. I have neither entered into any agreement with Credit ********************** not authorized any third party to do so on my behalf. I request the BBB's assistance in mediating this matter to ensure the immediate removal of this unauthorized account from my ********************** records. This is a duplicate complaint that was originally filed with your office in February 2024. The complaint was closed by your office in May 2024 due to ******** ********** failure to respond to our response. All information to support the outstanding and delinquent debt owed by ******** ********** was provided in our response in February 2024.
I find it interesting that ******** ********** has elevated her deceitful and unethical tactics to the next level by fraudulently creating a letter from Complete Credit Solutions, *** for personal or financial gain. This fraudulent action is punishable by Federal law and if convicted of violating 18 U.S.C. 1002, you will face the following penalties as guided by the federal sentencing guidelines:
A fine of up to $10,000, up to five years of imprisonment, or both.
Restitution to pay back any funds obtained through fraudulent activities.,I can assure you Complete Credit Solutions, ***. will utilize this information provided to your agency by ******** ********** to explore all legal options available.

Our records indicate this account was originated on March 27, 2018 through an arrangement between ************** dba Protect Your Home and ****** *****. The original Defenders account number is *******. The contractual agreement was $52.99 per month for 36 months and a total agreed upon amount of $1,907.64 (Attachment A).
Our records indicate that the information on file for ****** ***** was used to contact our office and set up a settlement arrangement on July 3, 2023, on the account in question.Please see the attached document for further details. (Attachment B)
Additionally,the same information linked to the contract agreement was used to establish a previous settlement agreement with our office. This is her second attempt at a settlement, as she made a payment on March 16, 2021, in the amount of $50.00.

Our records indicate this account was originated on March 03, 2018 through an arrangement between Defenders Inc. dba Protect Your Home and Malik Scott. The original Defenders account number is 7234834. The contractual agreement was $52.99 per month for 36 months and a total agreed upon amount of $1,907.64 (Attachment A), leaving a balance owed of $1,473.31.
On August 28, 2024 CCS responded to the EOSCAR ACDV that was originated through Transunion. CCS confirmed complete ID and verify all account Information provided through the disputes and submitted a response to EOSCAR. (Attachment B).
As of this date, CCS has had no communication with Malik Scott by telephone, email, or mail. originated by purchasing power on June 16, 2022, including in this purchase,
the outstanding and delinquent debt owed by Luquonda Waters.
Our
records, indicate this account originated on January 09, 2018, through an
agreement between purchasing power and Luquonda Waters employer at the time the
original purchasing power account number is 206250294
through this agreement, originated one loan (attachment A).
Luquonda
Waters didn’t complete the terms of the agreement with purchasing power,
leaving a remaining balance of $457.04.
Additionally,
our records indicate that the original balance for the contract in question was
$1,585.16. which more than haft the balance was paid through, is associated
with the information you provided to us, all registered to Luquonda Waters. To
verify this, I have attached the relevant proof in (Attachment A) for your review,
which all information can be found on the contract agreements provided, as well
as information regarding purchasing power contacts and the sale of your debt
