My experience with Bailey and ****** was great! From the front desk to my Attorney *** Coral I was treated with respect kindness and caring. I am writing to express my frustrations regarding the lack of communication and updates on my case since February 2025.Initially, when I hired your company, everything seemed to be going well with no complaints. However, as of February, things took a turn for the worse with dysfunctionality and a significant lack of communication. I was informed that my attorney had been changed after continuous calls and emails went unanswered.Upon speaking to the new attorney in the second week of February, I was advised that they were waiting on a response from the other insurance company. While I understood and appreciated the need for time to gather information, I was left in the dark for weeks with no updates.On April 8th, the attorney reached out with positive news, and I was asked to give them a few weeks to settle things. I complied and patiently waited. However, my attempts to follow up on April 23rd, 25th, 29th, and 30th went unanswered, despite learning that my friend, who is also involved in the case, received updates when she called.I want to emphasize that my intention is not to harass or cause any inconvenience. I simply seek regular communication and updates on the progress of my case. A simple message stating the status of my claim would suffice in alleviating my concerns.I appreciate the work that has been done so far and acknowledge that this issue appears to be a communication oversight. I trust that this matter can be addressed promptly to ensure clarity and transparency moving forward.Bailey & Galyen Attorneys at Law
