      July 25, 2022 Mr. ************************* Blue Bell Creameries, L. ************************************************************************ Dear **********************: This message is intended to be a follow up with Blue Bell Creameries of *******, ***** where I initiallysent you an email with two (2) enclosed pictures of a foreign object which was found, measured and photographed in the purchase of Blue **** Butter Pecan half gallon ice cream which I purchased on Tuesday, 5 July 2022 at Kroger at ************************************************************************* . In the insured letter which was sent out and receivedon on Friday, 15 July 2022 which was signed for in receipt at Blue Bell Creameries the contents contained the foreign object requesting an immediate feed backto remedy this issue. It has been ten (10) days of which I have not heard or received any appropriate answers or remedy to this issue which resulted in a family member getting a chipped tooth from a defectiveproduct from your Blue **** Creamery. In the letter sent via United ********************* I elaborated and shared the following, "No lot number or expiration date could be found on the carton" ; that family member spit the mouthful of ice cream out on the plate where we ran hot water over the ice cream to dissolve it and found this object. From that point on the entire carton of Blue **** Butter Pecan was disposed of and thrown in the trash. Having provided my phone number, home address, and e-mail address I really thought that as a reputable company you would return an explanation for this incident in a written formal letter of apology, call me or at least refund the cost of purchasing the Blue **** Butter Pecan ice cream. I look forward to your immediate response in the near future as this is totally insufficient:******* Thank you for reaching out. We know that your family member finding a black object in a half gallon of our Buttered Pecan Ice Cream was not a welcome surprise.Please reply with the product code date
