    We participated in the **** NuStats Household Diary study Sep 2-8, 2024. Each day, we thoroughly entered info about the mail we received, and at the end of the week on 9/9/24, received a completion confirmation. The promised $50 compensation, however, were not received within the promised 6-week window. In fact, we're still waiting for the compensation more than half a year later. We did email the provider's "hotline" several times, to no avail - either no reply or "we'll look into it", but nothing happened.We feel upset that we disclosed so much info and spent time entering it in good faith that it's not a scam...

    On 10/2/24 I received a request to complete a mail survey from NuStats. I was told my survey would start 10/14/24-10/20/24 and to complete each day as I receive mail and answer a series of questions. The packet the survey came in looked pretty legit. There was adequate information to complete the survey and appears they spent a lot of money putting the package together. I decided to complete the survey since they put in writing on many information sheets that I would be sent $50 once I mail the completed survey back to them in the self addressed envelope. I mailed the package on 10/21/24 and yet to receive the $50. I call the number several times a week and I am always referred to a voicemail. I also email the same email a couple times a week and no response from anyone. I feel that this is an invasion of privacy since they have mail pieces that I enclosed in the packets and my address. I respect the **** and the service they offer but this is a huge let down and fraudulent!

    I participated in the **************************** household diary survey conducted by NuStats during the week of July 15, 2024. In exchange for my participation, I was promised a "$50 check." I went to painstaking efforts to catalog and label all of my family's mail and packages, fill out extensive surveys for each individual piece of mail or package, and then collect and mail back all of the envelopes and package labels to the NuStats company. I held up my end of the arrangement, but NuStats has not fulfilled their obligation. I am seeking the $50 that I am owed.Along with successfully completing all of the requirements to receive the check, I have also made numerous attempts to communicate with the company and inquire about the status of my compensation. I have tried every phone extension listed in their menu when you call the "Survey Hotline" at **************, and I have left multiple voicemail messages at the extension specifically described as the one for people with inquiries about their diary gift. I have never received a call or email in response to these messages. I have also emailed them multiple times at hotline-******************************** and as with the phone messages, I have never received a *********** has been six months since I completed the survey, and I believe the company is trying to renege on their responsibilities. My information will be provided in the document uploads. I appreciate any help you can provide in helping me get the $50 that I am owed. Thank you,****

    I like so many others received a postcard in mail under the guise of participating in the survey for **** and that I would receive $50 gift for my participation. I followed up in August 2024 after completing the survey and was told I was due at the end of November 2024. I have followed up several times since and have not gotten a response or been able to contact anyone. At one point I received a bounce back email with May information? The company emailed me consistently while I was doing the survey however seems to avoid my requests when asking about the gift. Please help with this.

    I received a Household Diary Study packet in the mail that stated it was sponsored by and for ****. They offered a $50 check and an opportunity to receive an additional $10 Amazon or ******** e-gift card within ***** weeks for participating. I did my best to verify it was legitimate. (Wish I would have looked at the complaints here on BBB first!) They had listed a web site, email, and phone number to contact for any questions. I completed the study 06/10-16/2024. After 12 weeks I sent an email to check on the status. I tried calling as well, but it just rang. I have tried calling 5 times again since then and it's either a dead line or nobody is available. I have left multiple phone messages and sent another email that all included my name, phone number, and PIN number that was used to login. I have received no response or acknowledgement whatsoever. It is now over 17 weeks since submitting. They are making themselves and **** look very unprofessional. I hope that **** is aware of this and that the *** investigates for fraud. It would be great if the public were aware of this experience so more people don't fall for it. Please help get this resolved. Thank you!

    In October 2023, I received a piece of mail requesting me to provide general information about the mail received at my address for a seven day period. I responded to the ad that I would and was told I would receive $50 about two months after completing the work. The data was completed and returned in late February 2024. My assigned week was the third week of February. Four months after completing the work, I sent an email to the address provided inquiring about my payment not being received and the reply was, Well look into this. One month later, I did not receive a reply to my second inquiry. The phone number provided, using option #3 for payment questions, doesnt answer or allow a message to be left. I agreed to the data collection work because the advertisement showed an affiliation with the ******************* but an email to them reverted me back to NuStats. There has been no effort from NuStats to resolve my issue and based on the numerous complaints with the same payment problem, a blatant act of false advertising is obvious.

    Nustats conducted a survey through ***** This was a household survey for 2024. I completed the lengthy survey and mailed back all of my work and responses on May 19 2024. I received acknowledgement of my submission via email from nustats on May 21. Nustats promised a $50 check to all survey respondents in 8-10 weeks since submission. I have both emailed and called the survey hotline multiple times since late July and have still not received my check. This is equivalent to fraud.

    I completed a **** diary study at the end of May. It was completed more than satisfactorily. For completion a $50 gift was to be sent to me within ***** weeks of completion. It has been roughly 14 weeks since completion and I have not received it. I emailed over a week ago asking for an update. They responded same day asking for an address. I provided it the same day. Haven't heard back. Called their hotline 4 days ago. Left a message. Haven't heard back. ********************************

    Like many other citizens over the years, I was contacted by Nustats to complete the survey diary for ***** I completed the online questionnaire and received the tedious, time-consuming survey to complete for the week of March 4th. Nustats did not respond to phone call about completing survey and was left on my own to complete it. As I do not have Sunday delivery, the survey was returned to my post office on Monday to return to Nustats. My supposed incentive was a $50 gift to be sent in ***** weeks.At 14 weeks, I called Nustats--call never returned. I have also emailed Nustats with no response. I am now entering 15 weeks post completion.I am not only disappointed in Nustats and it lack of professionalism, I am very disappointed in **** that it continues to use this company in spite of many complaints over the years, Having a degree in sociology and trained in conducting surveys, this is totally disgraceful that **** continues to allow citizens to be scammed (with various promises of incentives) to collect data for **** knowing the repeated complaints about Nustats. It is also disgraceful to keep raising postal rates only to continue to pay Nustats for its unprofessional and unreliable services. At least **** pays the postage for the survey to be returned.

    I participated in a study provided by Nustats for the Household Diary study. This study required me to collect information regarding my mail services and provide it to Nustats. The agreement upon completion of this study was a payment of $50.00 for participating in this study. I completed this study as requested and received a phone call from a representative of their company in November of 2023. As of June 18th 2024 I have yet to receive the $50.00 check payment for my participation in this study. When I contact the numbers provided for this study no one is available to answer. I sent an e-mail and I received a response back asking for me to provide my personal address. I did as such and received no response back. That was over a month ago now. Since it has been 7 months since I completed this survey this company sent me and I have not received the payment for $50.00 I am reaching out to the BBB in regards to this. This company is representing the US ****** Services and is offering $50.00 payments for completing surveys on their behalf but is not making good on this agreement to participants. This companies behavior is a poor reflection on the US ****** Service. Nustats is taking advantage of US Citizens by offering payments for their participation in a mail study but is not actually provided the payments to participants as they had initially claimed. This operation is considered a scam and I since I have completed the mail study but have not received the payment for my participation I am alerting the BBB about this company and the scam they are executing using the **** image.
