    My husband had an accident with his truck and work trailer its was raining and he loss control of his truck so he end up in a ravine he didn't hit other cars, my husband does roofing so he had his trailer full of trash. The truck rollover with the trailer so all the trash fell. The next day i call the towing company because i try to get the truck out but they told me i couldn't get it until they gather all the expenses they told me it was going to be a lot of money and that i had to be prepared. The accident happened sep 5 and they gave me the papers until monday sep 9 the owner was charging me 40thousand but supposedly he gave me a discount and told me that we have to pay them 15thousand eve n if we dont get that truck and trailer out, he told me that if we dont pay them he was going to take us to court because he said that they were the ones that had to clean the place were the truck fell. I dont think this if fair and they are charging way to much. It was an accident my husband didn't do it on purpose i think he's just trying to take advantage of the ************ husband was arrested because he had a warrant witch we didn't know about it. I told him that, he knows im trying to fix this problem on my own. I need your help what can i do about this. He also told me that he weren't going to charge me more than 15thounsand and that he was going to give us 30 days to pay and i received another letter were he's charging 20thousand now. please help us this is my number **********
