worst night ever in a motel 1st room no hook up for med use. 2nd room need to open door with shoulder ac sound like truck toilet kept running freezer had spill all over hotel not full and had person above making noise till 2am was tired after drive and around 10 pm so did not want to move again should have slept in car. also tried to get in touch with the corp office but they dont answer . never a 6 again they can turn the light off!G6 Hospitality LLC (Corporate)

My step mother drove 10 hrs to be able to see my kids and I for only the one day, the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISGUSTING, and got in my face trying to fight me because my kids were walking around, stating they were "too loud" walking around, when there was a massive party ( with alcohol and weed being smoked at the pool) but no one made them stop even though I had kids there, as well as a father and his daughter RUNNING around, absolutely horrible experience and my family will NEVER spend money, they are lucky I didn't call the cops and press charges!!G6 Hospitality LLC (Corporate)

Filithy. After a 15 hour drive, check in went well. We laid down for a nap and when we woke up we saw how dirty the room was. The sink was not draining. Friday morning I went to the office to let them know and was told it would be about 10 minutes. No one came . I do light cleaning myself when every we say at a hotel but the was to much. After about an hour I went back to the office about the sink. The person I told shift was over and didn't mention it to the person that came on. I Was told I have to wait because no one was there to check it beside the person checking in the guest. After about 10 minutes He came and fixed the sink. When he finished I noticed all the dirt over the headboard of the bed and what look like throw up on the wall.I stop wiping and started taking pictures. I went back to the office to show him the pictures. He said we could change rooms. This was before 11 am. My husband came back from attending some personal business and we went to the office and was told we could not change rooms. I asked to speak to the manager. I was told she was not available, she was on another property. We were told we to call her on Monday. He was on the phone with her and she refused to speak with me. He refused to give me the name Of the manager. Then refused to refund us for the three days remaining. They refunded us two days. I said you want us to stay in a filthy room or pay to not stay in it. It was much more filth than I could mention. So disappointed. We had stayed there several times before. Nothing like this and never again.G6 Hospitality LLC (Corporate)

North Medford, Oregon - Motel 6 Awesome staff. Trey and the other gentleman in the front office were extremely accommodating, making every effort to ensure the rate was accurate, reasonable (checking applicable discounts), and that we were happy. They brought great comfort and assurance after a long day of travel. It was perfect for us 2-leggeds as well as our 4-leggeds. Our room was very neat and clean. Love that dogs and kids stay free!! I whole-heartedly recommend staying here, and if you do, ASK FOR TREY!! He went above and beyond! :)G6 Hospitality LLC (Corporate)

The Rock Springs, Wyoming Motel 6 is highly predatory. Upon arrival, they charged for pets. In addition to never having ever encountered a Motel 6 that charges for pets, this information is not provided when making a reservation. However, this is specifically not indicated under their policies when making a reservation. It appears that they only charge people who make a reservation. I had a friend who stayed without a reservation and they did not charge her. What they are doing is effectively trapping people traveling through because they know there are no alternatives in the area by the time they arrive. Additionally, when redirected to their front desk from corporate, the front desk employee PRETENDED TO BE A CORPORATE EMPLOYEE. The room also had mold in the bathroom, and the trashcans outside were overflowing with trash. This business should not be trusted under any circumstances.G6 Hospitality LLC (Corporate)

The studio 6 at ***************************, Tx is the worst place I have ever stayed. There are drug addicts everywhere and the whole motel parking lot rooms included smells of marijuana. The rooms are supposed to be no smoking but the smell is so thick that I'm sure they're selling drugs out of the rooms. The owners are very rude and disrespectful. There are no telephones in the room and there are no smoke detectors in the rooms. For the price the state is not worth it. The internet does not work at all you can hook nothing up to the Internet. I will never ever come here again and I will not recommend this place to anyone. This place deserves ZERO stars!!G6 Hospitality LLC (Corporate)
