    I thought it responsible to properly dispose of a used laptop to keep electronic waste from ending up in a landfill so I arranged a trade-in deal with Teladvance. I was offered ***** for my laptop that was in pristine condition, a low offer I felt, but better than nothing, so I submitted my product. A month or so later, way past the indicated deadline for payment, I received an email from an evaluation team stating my laptop had been reviewed and the offer was being amended to ***** for various reasons. After giving it some thought, and deciding on a live and learn/choose your battles mentality, I accepted the revised offer and after another couple of weeks received payment not from Teladvance, but from CExchange. This was my experience and I will never do business with either of these companies again.

    These people are "a ***************** Partner". They handle the trade-ins of ********* electronics. They offer you a price for the product, and you send it to them, supposedly via *** or ****** in my case, they sent me a label without tracking with ***** My device was in mint condition, like new, and of course, in fully working condition when I sent it to them. They initially offered me $51 for the device but when they got it they sent me an email saying "Unfortunately, we have found that the condition of your items does not match the condition described in your original request and have had to lower our offer. We know this is disappointing news, but we want to assure you that we are providing our best offer based on the actual conditions of your items." and changed the offer to $8.93. The guts!I demanded pictures of the condition they found the device in but never got a response back.BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY! DO NOT MAKE DEALS WITH THEM! They are not trustworthy!
