    I entered into a contract with Ibergreen on July 31. document attached Solar Panels were supposed to be installed within **** weeks. document attached. Solar Panels were not installed within timeline promised and I began making payments in December. Ibergreen promised to reimburse me for payments but did not have a process established for reimbursement. I texted and emailed several people before I was reimbursed. Each month I have to request reimbursement repeatedly before I receive it. Text messages available upon request. Solar Panels were installed in February, at least 28 weeks after signing only after I requested to cancel contract. CPS shut down was scheduled for May 8. Project manger cancelled shutdown because they did not have materials necessary for job but did not inform me. May 24th CPS shutdown occurred and panels installed.June 6th requested update on completion of job- turn on solar panels. Throughout the process I have received vague emails from a CRM that they consider communication " your project is going great". The salesman also promised to install a vent on roof- This was completed. Also promised to install a 220 V Plug for the hot tub. Project manager agreed but has not installed.

    Original date of transaction: 3/9/2022 then had to change installers because original installer could not complete. New transaction date was 8/24/2022.Amount paid: $45,500. Mosaic paid Ibergreen in February. This was not supposed to happen until solar project was 100% complete(not complete). I am currently making payments for something I can not use. They will say they have paid me my first month's payment through Zelle, but I have the info from my bank as well as Ibergreen that this payment did not go through. I have already made second payment as well.Business Commitment: When original document was signed I was guaranteed that they would not be anything like prior installer, I would be done in 3-4 weeks. It has been over 8 months now. They installed solar in December and stated they are just waiting on CPS, but electrical had not been done. Then they came in early March to finish installing outside panels and inside box. Stated now they have to wait on CPS. Get a call last week stating they will come and install wiring for battery backup on 4/15/23 and then they will submit to CPS. Not sure why, but this has been a delay tactic. CPS has never received an order to transfer the electric. Nature of dispute: Not completing any where near a timely manner and I am paying for something I can't use.I have emails and text of complaints to the business: Originally it was blamed on CPS, but that has not been the case. No Account number: Just under my name.Want a refund for each payment that I have made, so far it has been 2, but won't be complete by the time a make my 3rd.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have retained a lawyer. Business was not been waiting on  energy company, they never submitted the request. They did reimburse me for 2 month's of loan payments, but have ignored my request for the additional. I now have roof leak they have not responded to and has caused damage.

    We have read ****************** Complaint. 

    As always we will continue to pay his bill until the work is completed, he stated the 1st Zelle did not go trough, but he confirmed in April it went to his mothers account and was unsure as to why the phone number he gave us was connected to her account, I will look into how many months he has been charged since the installation and make sure that any months missing are  reimbursed.  Regarding the missing work, we understand his frustration, we are diligently working in getting this resolved as soon as possible, this means we are in the process of hiring new personnel, which includes a new master electrician, a new ******* and a new project manager. We will be in touch with ****************** soon to make sure the work is completed 100% . Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because: They have made no effort to continue paying loan. There has been no communication to me about personel  issues. They still have continued to ignore any request. They were supposed to be here Thursday June 22nd to activate service with CPS. CPS showed and they didn't. Ibergreen is who notified me of this and didn't meet expectations. I tried contacting them and no response. No repair work has been completed or responded to, I have to hire another contractor. Currently my attorney is trying to resolve all of this for me.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Same response as previous.  They have taken no action and my attorney has been trying to contact Ibergreen several times.  No reimbursement has happened at all since previous communications.  Attorney was hired due to the fact they have not followed up on their commitments, including the reimbursement, completion of work and damage repairs. I was unaware of personnel issues they had until I read in on BBB website.  We just received recent communication about the licenses, but this was well after all work should have been completed.
