    Ibergreen solar took 8 months to complete the install.Cannot get a hold of them and if I do they just fluf me off.They gave me an app but did not install the array view in the app.The installers are suppose to map the view and give it to the app (enphase). The array part of the app must be set-up by the installing solar company. Ibergreen failed me in every way, on this purchase.Do not use this company, you will be sorry!!

    Terrible company installed my panels and forgot to put a breaker in they keep giving excuses and the run around. It's been since December 22 that they have been to my house stay away from this scam.

    If I could put zero stars I would. Doing business with this company is the biggest mistake I have ever made. I signed up for solar in July 2022 and was told that by October I would be using solar power. Well they came December 28th and partially installed my panels. They told me they would be back the next day with a trencher so they could run a line from the panels on my garage to the panels on my house. They NEVER came back and did this. I have called and messaged and emailed them and nothing has happened. As of February I have been paying for these panels that I cant even use because of their negligence. On top of that payment I am still having to pay for electricity from the grid averaging about $350 a month plus the $200 for the panels. This company is the absolute worst!! I was told that they would reimburse me for the solar payments if I sent them the receipt of payment. I have sent them 4 receipts so far and have not received a *****. So now I am stuck with a 25 year payment plan for these panels that I cant even use. I would strongly encourage anyone who is thinking about doing business with this company to think again because they are straight CROOKS!! I am currently seeking legal counsel to go after these crooks and hopefully end this nightmare situation. So please BEWARE OF IBERGREEN!!
