    This community management company is ***** and greedy. They are charging fees to homeowners in my community that are not documented anywhere. On closing, they make up fees left and right, even an "HOA property inspection" fee. When asked for inspection records and reports, they either ignore you or refuse to provide one (because they never actually did anything, they just charge money). This is a very small company, so any dollar matters to them. They significantly overcharge for architectural modification reviews ($150 per application when most companies charge between $30 - $60), and to top it off they have a dishonest, borderline illegal practice of breaking up projects into smaller projects, each with a $150 application fee. Case in point: building a pool with a bathroom and a fence. They will say pool is one project, bathroom is another, fence is another, concrete around pool is another. $150 x 4 = $600 dollars just to approve it. When confronted about it, they will answer in the most rude, unprofessional way. Do yourself a favor and stay OUT. There are so many property management companies out there - choose anyone but Connect!
