    On September 9 I went into the office with pain so I decided to pull my tooth. I asked for options in pricing with no interested. I ended up deciding to go with care credit for **** for ***** a month for ******************************************* the time I was there I got off at work at 1, I called also my realtor while Im getting theses pricing and since I was going to apply for credit. Realtor said 150 a month or less is fine. Next thing you know Im looking over my statement and saids I have a 177 a monthly charge and a promotion of 6 months. So I been calling them every since and they just keep ignoring my calls and finally got a answer today ******* saying theyre not going to be responsible because their going to pay the charges. I keep telling them I didnt choose no 177 option ,6 month promotion while receptionist was walking me through the process. I also remember the receptionist having to start over because she did something wrong and I asked her if she was new and said yes, like 3 months in.

    When a pt. comes to our office we are responsible for presenting them with THIRD PARTY FINANCING if they need assistance paying for their treatment.  (We offer two choices ) in this case we did and each patient is responsible to read and understand the obligations of their specific arrangements they select regarding financing for their treatment. Our office does not control or alter or change interest rates to fit each and every patient's needs. We do not ask or discuss any patient personal finances nor are we a BANK. We simply provide other alternatives to allow pts, to be able to pay for their dental work. We certainly apologize for any confusion or miscommunication that may  have taken place, however any issues with financing must be addressed with the financing company.
