    At first I was very satisfied with this office the staff and doctor were nice and caring and seemed to do things in your best interest. I went in for a partial replacement due to my previous partials from a different office breaking. I went in and had the **rays and impressions done and was told it would take 3-4 weeks to receive them. I paid the cost which was 1100 giving them 1000 up front that was done on or around February 20th. I called 4 weeks later because I did not receive any call stating they were ready yet. The receptionist called me back a few hours later stating that they needed to take another set of impressions that mine were not good enough to make the partial. I went back in around March 20th did the impressions and paid another 100 towards my bill of 1100 meaning I paid a total of 1100. We are now into April 26th no call and now there office is only open Fridays and Saturdays and still have not received my partials with no communication. At this point I think this is fraud based on reviews left by the old receptionist.
