Took my money to dissolve my timeshare and did nothing after receiving payment

Completely inaccurate. RMG followed up with Complainant in Dec of 2022 to make sure they submitted all their onboarding documents for transfer, then followed up with Complainant in April of 2023 to make sure all documentation has been submitted to closing company. RMG has followed through with all transfer payments and obligations per the contract.

In February 2022 I attended a meeting with RMG in Peachtree City, Ga. At the time of wished to exit my timeshare with another company so I unfortunately signed up with RMG. Now I was obligated to pay $10,000 thru a charge to my bank which RMG set up. At this time I am continuing this monthly payment. In October of 2023 before this exit work was to be started I informed them that I decided not to continue with the exit. After speaking with the closing agent, she advised to me contact a person at RMG and inform them of my decision. Which I did. Approximately a couple of months later I called and requested to be released of my contract due to other financial obligations which had recently come about.. I was denied. Since I am not going through with the timeshare exit, I would like to be released from this $10,000 payment, The balance as of March 1, 2024 is $7,300.00..So I guess I went from paying a far lesser amount for my timeshare than I am with this contract. I am confused as to where this money is going as this contract I signed has no homebase. I also signed up with ********* ******* *** *** ******* ** ****  I am obligated to paying an annual fee of $399.00 for this RCI which was paid on March 1, 2024 for the coming year... I signed up with them as I thought I was required to do so. I have had the need to contact RMG on a few occasions since November of 2023, two emails and a call in December 2023 which I left a request message for someone to contact me I have yet to receive a return email or phone call. I have left specific names out of this message.
Any assistance with this issue would be very helpful.. Thank you
