1st roof change : by **************** on October, 2011 - missed installing splash guards numbering 5 causing damage to exterior walls due to rain water flowing down walls and entering our house through weep holes in 2 places in the house. At that time I did know that missing splash guards was the root of the problem. Spent $300 to clean out the stains from the wall caused by repeated overflow of gutters due to no splash guard protection.Second Roof and gutter change: by ************************* on August, September, 2019. He installed one of the misses made in 2011, but missed all the other 4 and is refusing to install it now as he says these splash guards were not there prior to second roof change. I learnt about the root cause just recently when a neighbor pointed out to me the reason for the issue. I sent an email to ******************************* which ******************* the owner said he never checks those emails. So I sent the email to ******************************* I called his ************** and asked when he will return to the office, her answer was "its none of your business" and hung up. This business needs to be shut down. Water is flowing down to the driveway from the either sides of the upstairs bedroom window, due to no splash guards. Fix we NEED URGENTLY: INSTALL THE SPLASH GUARDS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN INSTALLED IN 2011 AND 2019 AS INDICATED IN THE PICTURES ATTACHED. *************************, the guy who did the roof in 2019 came. He was talking over me and said he will not install the missing splash guards, sat in my driveway for at least 10 to 15 mins, saw him take several pictures of my house before he left. ******************* insisted that ************************* will be the guy who will come again to examine my roof. I asked him to send someone else, Here are pictures of the grand home builder provided splash guards

2011 - competed roof replacement - no issues or complaints were reported
2019 - completed roof replacement - no issues or complaints were reported
5/17/24 customer reported gutters were overflowing during thunderstorm and was worried that a flower bed might overflow.
5/18/24 CLC rep met with customer and she refused a roof inspection, gutter inspection and a water test. Instead she demanded that CLC immediately install "missing" items on her gutters. She then instructed CLC Rep to leave the property.
5/23/24 - Following a short telephone conversation with the customer I sent the attached email.
Summary: My experience tells me this is a routine clogged gutter and we simply need to unblock the obstruction then this matter will be solved. We are happy to help this longtime CLC customer. But first we simply need to complete our investigation inorder to rule out any other possibilities.
