  I met ********************* when she came to my door offering to do a roof inspection. I agreed since there had been several hail storms recently. The *** inspector did a thorough job with lots of details and photographs. I notified my insurance agency who sent a claims adjuster to assess the damage. The claim was approved. **** then sent another *** inspector to check the insurance claim details for omissions and errors. There were several found and *** handled submitting a supplemental claim to my insurance company for those items.During this time I had several phone calls and text messages with **** working through details of the job. I also talked to the *** owner, *******************, about a few items and he explained them plainly and in detail. All my questions were answered quite well and project planning started.*********************, the project manager, met me before the job start date to do a walk around of the property. I pointed out things to be aware of and some roof issues that needed repair. He noted all of these and answered my questions. ****** was on the job site during the project and up on the roof quite a bit observing progress.On the project start date the roofing materials were delivered virtually silently at 5 AM so there was no delay in waiting for materials. *********************** was the crew chief on the job. *** has a large roofing crew and **** directed the work very efficiently. The crew really cares about quality. They repaired many decking issues that probably date back to the original construction. The crew members were very polite and proficient in their work.As the project neared completion there were several crew members sweeping the grass with magnets and picking up every little bit of debris from the job. The clean up was exceptional.I am more than satisfied with the results, the quality is excellent and the street view is great. I enjoyed working with ****, ******, and **** very much. If I need roofing again I will definitely call CLC roofing for the job.

  I am very satisfied with CLC Roofing because they provided exceptional service at all stages of the project, as follows: Documenting the hail damage via hundreds of pictures Calling my insurance company to start the claim Meeting the adjuster when he came to my house to be sure he saw the full extent of the damage Helping ** to choose the right product (we decided to upgrade to hail-resistant (Class 4) shingles. Procuring the shingles we chose: the Class 4 shingles we decided on were in short supply, and ultimately CLC had to arrange for them to be shipped to ** in the ****** area all the way from ******. Doing the job within a small good-weather window: CLC rearranged their schedule to get our house done in a short window of no rain forecasted. Doing the job right: The rains mentioned above did indeed come, and I went up into my attic while it was pouring rain, looking for leaks, and found none. Attention to detail: We needed the following details attended to, which CLC handled perfectly: a "cricket" built to deflect water away from vertical siding, replacement of that siding with ****** board, installation of a new power attic vent fan, larger downspouts in two high runoff locations, application of a torch-down roof over a patio cover, replacement of rotted facia boards, and working around an enclosed garden structure close to the house. I recommend CLC Roofing highly.
