      This is a doctors office. When I call they put me on perpetual HOLD. I call their corporate office "Wellmed" and put on perpetual ******** can I contact the doctor??

      Patient #********* was given an authorization for 2640 units of J9358. There were 4 dates of service involved and 1 in which did not get paid? all given 600 units. which tallied 2800 units in total. However we were only reimbursed for approx 1800 units and the rest said we ran out of units? for dates of service 01/13/2022, 02/03/2022, 02/24/2022, 03/17/2022. which of the March date was not reimbursed at all. If I put all this together we should have just been under paid by 160 units?? I can not get a straight answer from anyone at Wellmed as to what dates you show you paid to exceed the 2640 units. I still show that 03/17/2022 is still due some funding. If you need more information my phone number is listed, that is my direct line feel free to call me.

      Wellmed is passing my number out to a 3rd party without my permission. I do not setup appointment with people that I do not know and that my primary doctor has not referred me to. My medical and my medical needs is kept between me and my primary doctor. My primary doctor did not send them a request to see me.
