      I booked my tickets on ********* airlines for travel in June 2023. Unfortunately my mother died, I had to cancel my ticket. I tried reaching ********* customer care 800 number listed on eticket. I got hold of Critsitna from United Flight Travel LLC and was led to believe that I was talking to a representative of the above airlines. I was told that I need a pay $1196.99 to get my refund as my ticket was non-refundable. I was pushed into high sales pressure that refund penalty may not be available after 24 hrs. Reluctantly, I agreed and I was assured of original refund amount with 60 days. After 60 days, no matter how many times, I called for the refund it is same response: ****** airlines is taking long time to refund amount or they can see the amount in their system but my travel agent is delaying the refund. Something didn't pass the smell test and later when I noticed the email address was from UTF instead of airlines. I checked the airlines website and no changes had been made to my itinerary and I found the correct number for airlines customer service. Hundreds of people are getting scammed by their unscrupulous activities. These guys are worst. In addition to emotional trauma I had to go after my mother death, I had to deal financial trauma by these folks. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I am seeking a full refund of the $1196.99 that was charged to my credit card.

      Fraudulent company. Took payment for tickets and never delivered the tickets. Called customer support and was hung up on numerous times. Compete scam. Avoid at all costs. ZERO stars.

      Similar to other customers, took my money and didn't make any of the changes that I requested. Up-sold me (my mistake) on seats they did not deliver on - and made it impossible to talk to them (hung up on me twice, put me on hold for 30 minutes at a time). I too have been forced to put a hold on payment through my credit card. Complete scam - don't use them.

      Super scam! Booked 2 tickets they called and said that they were out of those seats but could get ** on the same flight for another $400. Told them no to just cancel it so he said actually he could get similar times at the same price on spirit instead of delta and I again said no so he just hung up on me. Charge is still pending hopefully it doesnt go through and have to dispute it!

      A bunch of scammers. They take money out of your card without a reservation and tell you it goes towards taxes. Im glad i disputed tjose chstges with my crefit card and got all refunded $1641...from *******************, to *****, to Janathen to ****** ALL of them. What airline receipt shows os no where near what they take out of your card. SCAMMERS. the reviewers stating others are they themselves writing those positive reviews. THIEVES!!! Glad I disputed the charges with **** and Master card. Call your state Attorney general's office on them they are all fraudsters
