      It was all good until I found out they filed bankruptcy by another warranty call me for coverage. paid my policy and now have a pay again. SMH

      I am a Matrix customer and had some issues when I had a accident. Matrix was not helpful and then I found out they filed for bankruptcy and now I am getting phone calls from agents telling me about the bankruptcy but they want me to purchase more services. I have fulfilled my portion and paid my policy. How do I get my money returned?

      I purchased a warranty plan from Auto armor and paid $150. I requested a cancellation before the 30 days expired and looked up they withdraw $100 for the next month. Since 2021, I have been trying to get a refund. Then I'm told auto armour is out of business and was told to contact Matrix warranty solutions. I was even given a email to request a refund since June and as of today I have not received a response from anyone, nor a refund. From Matrix warranty solutions company. Someone needs to refund me my $250, it has been 2 years. Pls help me get paid.

      Ive tried to use my warranty and was told the computers were down for a WEEK?! In REALITY, the company filed for BANKRUPTCY!!!!! But keep telling me a line of BS that they are not sure when the computers would be back up..try NEVER! Just be honest so I can get my car fixed and stop wasting time with this company!

      Not customer friendly at all. My vehicle was in accident 6/22 and totalled. My coverage started 5/28. But contract started 5/15. Kept trying to tell me to transfer to a new vehicle. I dont know yet what im doing re another vehicle. I just want my prorated money back!!!.

      Very rude woman on the phone after I declined the warranty coverage. She was passive aggressive towards the end, and it seems like she couldnt take no as an answer, so she hung up the phone. She needs to be fired!

      Matrix doesn't make marketing calls. Matrix is a claims administration company. If you have the name of the marketer, we can address directly with them.

      Called to cancel the Home Warrranty at the 30 day juncture, Had never received the written 'Policy' with contract #, and they still withdrew from my account for the premium. Excessive charge for the coverage!

      Matrix should not be in Business. Collect money and s**** over customers with rediculous results for Auto repair. ************* and do not repair vehicle per contract. Excuse after excuse and zero customer service.

      Never had such rude people. Can't get my 92 year old mothers policy canceled even though they gave her a 30 day period to get out of her policy. This is a horrible company. So sorry my mom fell for this.

      Such an amazing company!!!! I cant thank them for all of their help. They had someone come out and replace my entire electrical system. They saved me thousands and thousands of dollers. They also helped get me a new oven since my old one quit working. DEFINITLEY GO WITH THEM!!!! THEY ARE AMAZING AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! 5 OUT OF 5 STARS
