      I called to cancel my policy and the woman who I spoke to was extremely aggressive, she said "you want to cancel because you can't afford it or what" I told her I wanted more time to review the policy because I haven't been home to check the mail she said "we are giving you 30 days, why aren't you taking advantage of that," she said it in a sassy disrespectful way. When I asked for her name she ignored the question and talked over me and then hung up on me. It's funny because that's the Second person that I have talked to from this company who has been disrespectful to me, I told the first person I talked to I wanted to go over the plan with my mother before I sign up to pay for anything, he said "oh I'm sorry I didn't know your mother made all the decisions. (I'm 19 and it's my first car), Overall they are really unprofessional

      This company convinced my 84 year old friend that they were her appliance and home warrenty company and that her warrenty was about to expire". She in good faith proceeded to give them her credit card info and they not only charged her $495 for the first month but planned on charging over $400 monthly for the next 18 months...OUTRAGEOUS! And if the BBB thinks they deserve an A+ rating, they are seriously being mislead and are misleading their customers. We have declared fraud to her credit card company and would like to see this company shut down.

      I received a letter in the US Mail no letter head that said Matrix Warranty Solutions. I thought this was from my Honda Dealership. I paid a deposit and I have since cancelled my credit card. I would like to have a refund of $191.50 returned to me. I called the Honda dealership and they won't accept this insurance.
