On March 27th 2025 I ordered a set of batteries for my son's scooter after running over to ******* and getting a prepaid credit card for this transaction. ******* ended up charging me almost $6 in fees plus another $1 transaction fee but I put in the extra money and was prepared for all that.I put in my address just like I did here,I lived here 11 years and had quite a few packages delivered over that time..I finally got a msg 5 days later saying my order has been processed and arriving soon.,a week passes by so I'm looking at the online delivery code and see that my package is heading to ******* from *********, I tried calling their ************** number and kept getting "call during business hours in the middle of the day, I also emailed them 3 or 4 times and finally got a response a week later saying I'll receive my refund when the batteries make it back to the warehouse and I can reorder...That was over a week ago and msg them a few times since and finally got a response today saying I should get it end of next week...By the end of next week ******* will charge me another $6 and another $1 processing fee plus another when I reorder, I tried explaining to this guy all these fees and it's just ridiculous that they didn't put in my address right.I don't know how much the extra $10 to 20 is going to do for me I'd like others to be made aware of the carelessness of this company and I'll get back to you next week if the moneys still not back on card..that's another thing, it took no time to get my money off the card,why is it taking 2 weeks to put it back onCustomer Answer

I've emailed the place twice since writing to you trying to find out why my money hasn't been refunded and haven't had a response back.Its been a week since I wrote BBB and a month since I paid them.I noticed on the listing you had they were based in ********. On 02/25/2024 I contacted social security for a replacement card which they said they would be able to get it to me within 2-3 business days here it is 02/27/2024 I still have not received my card,which puts me in a uncomfortable position with being able to buy myself some food,this is totally unacceptable it has been an on-going thing with *** with the Blatant disrespect they have both my phone number and my email address which they could have called and informed me that my package was not going to arrive today I want my debit card if its not here bye tomorrow it will be a problem i'm tired of their disrespect the discriminatory policy's which goes by zip code,after I am done with this I will be also contacting my attorney generals consumers division to further address this issue until their held accountableInitial Complaint

I purchased original SP12-35 battery zero turn cadet mower. I came across your site. Staff at Battery Sharks.com were helpful had a battery and after measuring agreed it would fit. I installed the battery. Around July 2023 I started having start problems. I had to charge the battery. Next use it would not start again. I reached out to Battery sharks in the fall and told them I had an issue with the battery. They said under warranty just snap a picture with a voltage tester. I did not have one, but my battery charger had a needle, and I snapped pictures. Response we prefer tester. I said I had to purchase 1 and was heading out of town for Thanksgiving. I ordered one and did as told when I got home in Dec. 2023. The tester read 12.5. Response was needs to be 12.4 or below? That tester only worked one day. I told person contacting me I would get a new one and test after christmas. I reached out to them around first of year no response. I was not that worried figuring office closed for Holiday. My cadet is large and I have to have repair guy come to my house. Each visit was $100 for driving up before any work. I had to have a tune up, spindle replaced etc. I paid a total of over $500 not including the part for repair. The person doing repair said I think the cables loose on the battery. One week later the mower would not start. I had to pay the repair guy to return, $100 just to drive up. He said the battery is no good. We took it to Auto Zone. Then next to O;******* . ********* said the cold crank amps to low and the battery was no good. I purchased one and emailed BSharks requested refund. I showed on tester 11.9 in pic. I was told, "I was going to give you a refund, our system changed and I can't do it! Get something else. I asked for household batteries. Told don't sell those, but I had them in my cart from your site. Your CS called me stupid! I was not asking for repair cost.Initial Complaint

I purchased many continental batteries and was told they had a twelve month warranty. One battery, TM29 was purchased and put on a boat in December of 2023. Now the battery will not hold a charge and is bad. The local contact at continental, ****, will not honor the warranty.Initial Complaint

I mailed a package from Paris Tennessee on July 21,2022 to Bozeman,Montana. Was told it would be there by July 26. The package never arrived and I have called several times to find out the status. I have been told many different things as to where it was. I even checked with the ups terminal in Bozeman. After several days the Paris store said they would file a claim and that I would get back shipping plus 200.00 I insured it for which was not enough. Package finally arrived August 22 and the box had been damaged and also an item missing. Now they don't want to pay the insurance or shipping as they told me they would even if it

Monday August 15 2022 , my husband paid batteries plus $179. & change to replace the screen on my Motorola g fast. We were told it will be done in 3 days & they would call us. They had 3 days last week plus i waited the weekend. Monday August 22,I called them & was told my phone would be fixed & ready the next day. The next day I went to batterieslus etc, figuring it had been a week & a half lots of time to complete a job that takes a half an hour i was told my phone was next in line of their projects but again I was told it would be done the next day. I am still to receive a call. Today(August 25) my husband went to them,he expressed our disappointment, expressed this is not a good practice in business but again was told It will be done tomorrow. We will wait till tomorrow, I will goo to see if they have fixed my phone. If not I will lodge another complaint with the BBB.
