      September 27, 2024 - I tried to place an online order using a MASTERCARD credit card for payment. It was declined with a message stating "contact ******". I thought perhaps I accidentally clicked ****** in the menu for payment method so I started over completely. Again, the transaction was declined and I received the same message. I then sent an email to customer service. I did not receive a response to my email, but I did get an email that stated (copied directly from email): ***Thank you for stopping by *** Battery *********** and considering us for your *** battery needs. We noticed that during your visit to our store you placed the following item(s) in your shopping cart, but did not complete the transaction.*** There was a link to click on but I did not click *******, I called customer service. The person answering the phone just said "Hello" as if I was not calling a business. I explained the situation. She said I should try another card (??). The issue is not with my card, it is with their system. I was not using ****** as the decline message indicated. She put me on hold to consult someone else. When she came back, she said they do not show record of any declined transactions. She suggested I "try a ***** or "just wait and try again"; "she doesn't know what else to do".The entire thing is odd. **************** was not helpful nor interested in being helpful.

      I had written a bad review on this company because of the issue with the local branch not fixing my phone when it was worked on , so if I can write a bad review. I can also write a good review. Not just because they fix my phone but because in the matter and the efficiency from the branch manager. I wrote my review and the next morning I received more than one call. My complaint was heard and my issue was resolved. By that after noon my phone was back in my hand working in the condition I had left it with them and my issue was resolved. Thank you for taking care of it ASAP!
