      On April 11, 2024, I paid $774 to Bee Safe Services to remove a large bee colony in the backyard of my home at *********************** That receipt included a one year warranty. But they didn't remove all of the bees, and when they came back, they only removed the queen bee but thousands of drones stayed behind. We were demolishing our garage to build a back house and one of the construction workers was stung by the bees. We tried many times to call, text and email to get them to come back and remove the bees but they refused to do so. I emailed them the attached demand letter on September ******* and never received a response. I am a widow and single mother to a 30 year old son with severe disabilities and need that money refunded now.

      I signed a contract with bee safe bee removal to safely remove the bees on my property and transport then relocate them safely. A link was sent via text and The credit card info was entered on the provided site. This link is no longer active. Instead, they came and killed all the bees without talking to me and left. They were here on site for 12 minutes total time. I as well as another witnessed the entire event. When I called to ask what happened and why no bees were removed ***** told me there was a mistake and that they accidentally killed all the bees. He told me Id get a refund for the mixup and he admitted fault. I recorded this phone call and am happy to share it. I was distraught. Turns out the original charge of ~$370 was refunded then another charge of $350 was added back. The existing $350 on my account is for an extermination charge. They will not remove it even after several recorded phone calls with *****. This is fraud. I never asked or agreed to an extermination and would have left them there if given the choice. ***** and I spoke several times while he admitted fault while still refusing to issue a refund for the extermination charge. The last call he hung up on me when I asked for his supervisor. Again, happy to provide all these recorded phone calls upon request.

      Their technician, *******************, came by July 6, 2023, to inspect the bee removal. He damaged my fan on the ceiling while he checked the attic.I have been calling them since the day it happened, all they say was the manager, ***************************, will call me back, but I have not received any call from her yet. It doesn't seem like they are willing to fix this problem.

      Our company fixed the damage to The ceiling and the ceiling fan and the customer is happy with the work that we performed. The customer has told us that he tried to communicate with the BBB but was not successful and didnt know how. Please communicate with him so we can resolve this issue ASAP

      Hired this company in June 2022 to remove honey bee colony from the eve of my house. I was told the bees would be safely removed and relocated to a bee farm. I was told the Honey and comb would removed and that the area would be cleaned and sanitized and sealed. I was told the work done had a Guarantee of 12 months. When doing toe work they killed a lot of the bees, I had dead bee all over my driveway and yard. They also sealed a lot of bees inside my house. 3 months later there is visible mildew growing in the eve the bee were in and where the work was done. I called the company to tell them and they told me there was nothing they would do. It didn't matter that I paid close to 900 dollars and was told the work done would be covered for a year.

      Hi, in 06/10/2022 we did the Bee Removal and I'm uploading the pictures of the Removal; the customer called us on September 26th because there were stains on the area that it was done, we sent our Beekeeper and when he made sure there was no honeycombs, the stains were from honey that melted, sometimes when we do a Removal, there's some honey that stays on the walls and since there are no more bees it melts.
      He was able to clean it and I'm also uploading the before and after picture
      The customer was satisfied with the job when he left.
