      Called on a Saturday asking for bee removal the following week and was pushed into same-day service and they said they would give me a discount so the total would be $350 instead of $450. They said the bee keeper would arrive between 2-3 PM, same-day and will call 30 minutes before showing up. Well after no call and no one showing up at 3:30 PM I reached out and no answer. I had to call back three times for them to answer. ****** answered and she said she would reach out to her bee keeper and call me back in ***** minutes. By 4:20 PM with no call back from ******, I called back and cancelled the service. Prior to Booking I asked if they can confirm they do not kill the bees, but instead relocate the bees and dispatcher got weird and said well we cant say what happens to them after we remove them. So they are charging a higher price stating that they do not harm the bees, but it may not be a true bee relocation service or any service for that matter if they never show up like they did to me. FYI - They send a contract over via text that has boxes you have to uncheck if you do not want to agree to them having authorization to charge your card without your permission. It also says that less than 24 hours cancellation results in a full charge, so we will see if this company still tries to charge me even though they never showed.

      This company did not do everything they charged us to do. They did not remove the honeycomb and showed no evidence of queen *** removal. They lied multiple times saying they had removed the honeycomb and had photos and eventually told us they didnt, which was not shocking because we have a security camera with video and audio footage. It took multiple phone calls just to get them to explain what they did and they kept lying about their service. They caused damage to our home trying to use the crowbar, didnt fix that. They didnt use a thermal heat gun or camera to identify the location of the ***s and hive which they said they were going to do as part of the $750 service. They just cut a tiny hole and only removed insulation, not honeycomb. They used a vacuum but we have no idea if they got the queen. ******* a pesticide and called it good. They did not clean it out like they said they would as part of the cost. They patched it up with ONE nail, and left at least 4 nail holes from nails they removed along my house and did not seal it. They did not seal the house like they said they would. Theres holes where they sealed some areas and they didnt caulk all the way along where the ***s get in. They lied and accused me of saying they never showed up which I never said. They lied and said the supervisor was going to call, never did. They lied and said they would send photos of the honeycomb and never did because they dont have it. Terrible experience, they just took our money and ran. Have a second ***keeper that explained how bad of a job they did and what needs to be done. Poor experience.

      After an initial problem the owner contacted me and apologized for an internal training issue on handling a problem like mine. They corrected the charges and issued a refund in a very timely manner and I was amazed at the great customer service after they learned of the complaint.I will change my one star review to five star plus for any company that goes to the length that ****** and his team did to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Not the usual thing with companies who have an angry customer. It was a pleasant surprise and I would strongly recommend ****** and his staff.
