NATIONAL CREDIT AUDIT CORPORAT Reported a collection of $ *****on my account without contacting me. they claimed to send email to me and I did not receive any email. the collection amount and information reported on my credit report is inaccurate and it has affected my credit and ability to scale forward financially. I am requesting you to please compel NATIONAL CREDIT AUDIT CORPORAT to remove a collection of $ ***** from my account based on the following reasons: 1. I was not notified of this account before reporting it as as collection on my credit report. 2. I was not aware of this debt from any original creditor. 3. National Credit Corporation reported a collection account on the 3 ********************** agencies without properly notifying me or given me a chance to validate or dispute the account. when I filed a complaint against them at ****, they responded with a letter to ****, they claimed they sent to it me. please note that the address on that letter was not my address. i never lived in that location, as a matter of fact, that location never existed. I attached their so-called letter and proof of my own address to spot the difference in the addresses. my addresses can be confirmed publicly. The were sending letters to a wrong address without doing their due diligence. I was never notified of this debt, and I was never aware of it from the original creditor. I will like National Credit Corporation to be compelled to delete their collection accounts from the 3 ********************** agencies immediately.Initial Complaint

I was a victim of identity theft and I do not have a debt with National Credit Auditors. I asked for itemized receipts of said debt and have not received them. I tried to dispute this debt over and over and it was not taken off my credit report. It is unjust for a company to file negative remarks and collections on my credit report and they can not prove that the debt belongs to me with no agreement, no signatures, no contracts. This is the only documentation that National Credit Audit Corp has sent me to my current address or that has reached me period. On top of that, this is only after I noticed and disputed the balance since its not accurate. When I spoke to them over the phone they wont send me something in writing that they themselves are attempting to collect a debt that they bought from another corporation. The balance is inaccurate and I will provide documents showing that. The ledger doesnt even show dates before 7/1/21 where it shows the checks sent to them for payment. I have no emails, no tex, no voicemail, No type of letter from this company. I do not have a contract with them. I contacted NATIONAL CREDIT AUDIT and asked for them to investigate & remove the inaccurate account from my consumer report that they are illegally reporting and I requested specifically the alleged original application bearing my signature they have not been able to provide such proof to me.
