      I am not liable for this debt with ********************** and I do not have a contract with NATIONAL CREDIT AUDIT CORPORATION plus they did not provide me with the original application like I asked. I demand this account to be deleted from my credit report.

      I am not liable for this debt with National Credit Audit Corporation and do not have a contract with National Credit Audit Corporation. They did not provide me with the original application with wet signature like I asked. This is a serious violation according to 15 U.S 1692 (e) and 15 U.S 1692(f).

      Promptly DELETE all information from my credit report.

      They did not resolve my issue with the place i was living at had no explanation. I was living at the apartment for 8 years i was told that they will be renovating all the units in all buildings and installing new appliances i had. Walk through of my unit with maintenance before i moved out they said that i should get my security deposit back as anything was just wear and tear after 8 years or due to many floods and leaks that caused damage I moved out and then received this 1,111.00 bill to collect for all things that were not correct it was for my u it to get all nee appliances etc they were trying to have me pay for the next tenants unit upgrade it seems and this company did not do anything a out this to resolve this bill they keep me in collections and now this is preventing me from getting housing i cannot get approved for any apartments because of this on my credit. I will be homeless soon. I would like this removed from all credit company's.

      To ensure that the non-creditor report only 100% accurate credit information. Every step must be taken to assure the information reported is completely accurate and correct. The following information therefore needs to be reinvestigated.
      I respectfully requested to be provided proof of this alleged item, specifically the original application, contract, note, or other instrument bearing my signature. The non-creditor stated they will send the requested information in the mail however I feel as this is a stall tactic on their behalf, and I believe it to be a blatant violation of the FCRA.

      Debt buyer are not a creditor therefore on my report where it shows collection agency as creditor it's inaccurate reporting and violation under FDCPA definitions of creditor. This is inaccurate and needs to be deleted immediately as it's a violation.

      12 CFR Part 1006 - Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (Regulation G)
      § 1006.2(g) Definitions.
      (g) Creditor means any person who offers or extends credit creating a debt or to whom a debt is owed. The term creditor does not, however, include any person to the extent that such person receives an assignment or transfer of a debt in default solely to facilitate collection of the debt for another.

      (2) The term debt collector excludes:
      (i) Any officer or employee of a creditor while the officer or employee is collecting debts for the creditor in the creditor's name;
      (ii) Any person while acting as a debt collector for another person
      This account are inaccurate under 15 U.S.C. 1692g validation of debt. In addition, while the collector attempted to collect a debt that is not mine, they broke 15 U.S. Code § 1692k - Civil liability. Below I have attached the definition of the law as this is my right. Please have this inaccurate account removed from my credit
