The appraisal cost was much more than other companies as well. This neighborhood that the property in is had houses being built from the ground up and newly renovated which in term increases the as is and after repair value of my property 3210 w. **************. I am certain they under valued my property for whatever reason and when asked to make the adjustments and agreed they never got back to me. At this point i would just like a full refund and not do any future business with this company. The appraisal valued so low jeopardized my dealings with with getting funding for my project and a hard inquiry on my credit report.

      Dear Better Business Bureau,We are writing to file a formal complaint against BBG, *** regarding the incomplete and fraudulent appraisal report provided for the appraisal of a piece of land.We engaged with BBG to provide an appraisal report for land. Despite the payment of $85,000 made in advance , the report delivered was only half-finished, rendering it entirely unusable. This incomplete and unprofessional report caused significant inconvenience and financial loss.Due to the incomplete and unusable report provided by BBG, we were compelled to seek the services of another company, and paid them in full to obtain a legitimate and comprehensive appraisal report for the same piece of land. The entire payment for this service was borne by us, adding unnecessary financial burden and stress.Moreover, we are appalled by the unprofessional and harassing behavior exhibited by BBG following this incident. Instead of taking responsibility for the incomplete and fraudulent report, representatives from BBGs have been harassing us, sending emails from different emails, threatening to file complaints and start investigations.As a result of BBG's actions, we demand:1. A full refund of the amount paid for the incomplete and fraudulent appraisal report.2. Compensation for the additional costs incurred in obtaining a legitimate appraisal report from Second Company.3. An official apology from BBG for the inconvenience, financial loss, and stress caused.4. Immediate cessation of all harassing communication from BBGs representatives.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. We expect a response ASAP.Sincerely,Honors ********* LLC
