      Beware!!! This business is the worst to deal with. We agreed to a contract to sell my home to them via a man named ********. He originally agreed to a price with closing costs covered, no repairs, and a closing date of May 25th. 2 weeks later he said we needed to drop the price $20k due to a solar panel lease, which I worked with him on. A week later he said he needed to drop the price $30k which I refused. The day before closing he did a walk through and said it would need repainted for $5k and would have to pay 6% listing fees so he needed help. There has been no new information just misleading deals and lack of keeping their word or sticking to a contract. Beware!!!
