      H-hami 8/15/23. Absolute construction their representative *********************************** was the first roofing company that I called. They worked with my insurance company and they were able to get me new roof and new gutters - installation was very good. ****** communicated with me professionally until the job was completed. I highly recommend this company and ****** as your representative.

      I worked with **************** with Absolute Construction for the replacement of our roof, gutters, downspouts, painting our home, and fence staining all a result of hail damage. ***** was excellent to work with and was professional and friendly. I felt comfortable sharing my concerns and asking questions. He was quick to respond to my calls / texts and always arrived on time for our in-person meetings. When the work was being performed, ***** would stop by multiple times during the roof installation and check on the progress and quality of the work. When the gutters were put on, the installers left some footprints and twisted off the grit on some of the shingles because they were on the roof when it was very hot, messing up the shingles. ***** noticed this when he inspected the gutter installation and quickly worked to replace those shingles. He would always stop by after work was completed and check to make sure it was completed with a high quality with no issues. ***** had a high standard and his attention to detail was as if our home was his home. We had a few minor water leaks around some exhaust vent pipes from our hot water heaters. I texted ***** that night and he had members of his crew over to fix the issue the next day. I felt comfortable reaching out and sharing my concerns with ***** and was quick to resolve my issues. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Absolute Construction and would use this company again. I would also recommend this company to anyone who is needing work done on their home.

      Replacing ******* went so smoothly with ***** as Project Manager for Absolute Construction. He explained the process clearly, took the time to meet with the insurance adjuster, monitored the work as it progressed and promptly kept appointments and returned calls. "Excellence with absolute integrity" perfectly describes my experience.
