      My account has been blocked and now have to go through an *************** just to make a payment. I have used my app for 15 years to make my payments. They told me make 3 consecutive payments and now theyre saying 6. Its my account! They chastise you like a child if an issue comes up and argues with me about it being 6 payments not 3! I am a customer whos bout 5 ***********************, no other company does this to their customer. This has caused so much stress for me and they dont care.

      NMAC refuses to fix a system issue that blocks me from paying my loan. I reaffirmed this loan in bankruptcy, and *** tried every route to make payments. Their site cancels my payments, then they mark me past due and threaten repossession. *** filed with **** and the ************* because this is unacceptable. BBB complaint was ignored too. This is not how customers should be treated. This is a shady tactic and abusive to consumers. Im not staying silent.

      Nissan changed my payment account then told me I was late on payment. After contacting them they told me they move to accounts to another system...so I sent my payment in not knowing...they called me and said I was 9 Dat late...I pay my bill online through my bank...I had to get my bank ...tell me that they rejected the payment....it was on schedule. The lady I talked to was rude and I'm trying to resolve the issue...she told me she could not accept the payment I would have to mail it in...what sense doe I make for you to contact me for payment and not accept payment...I asked to speak with someone else she says...I'm the only you can talk to...so I went online got my payoff quote and paid the remainder balance off..I asked her for the pay off amount she gave me different numbers...check your account

      I was told that refund on a prepaid lease agreement of $2442.88 that was grounded early to buy a new Nissan, but NMAC is now is not wanting to pay and that I got bad information from one of their employees.

      i have a 2001 Nissan Maxima that was recently totaled. I've been trying for the last 2 moths to receive a Notarized Letter Of Lien Release in order to give possession of my car to the Insurance Company to settle my claim. When calling NMAC, on multiple occasions, and waiting 30 minutes to speak to a rep, on multiple occasions, they keep misspelling my name. After I received the 1st letter I called them back and explained the situation to the rep and the SECOND letter I received also have my name misspelled. After waiting 40 minutes to speak to a rep I asked to speak to a supervisor. However, I'm still on hold as I type this review waiting for a Manager to pick up the phone, NMAC Customer Service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!

      I am filing this complaint regarding a lemon law settlement involving Case #********. The settlement was finalized over two months ago, yet I have not received the reimbursement owed to me for the continued car payments I was advised to keep making during the process.I purchased this defective vehicle while I was fresh postpartum, a time already filled with physical, emotional, and financial challenges. During the settlement process, I was instructed to continue making my car payments, which I did in good faith. I have been waiting for those payments to be reimbursed as part of the settlement.Despite making more than seven phone calls and leaving multiple voicemails, I have received no updates or returned calls. My case manager, ******* has been completely unresponsive. This ongoing silence and delay are deeply frustrating and have caused significant financial strain.

      Well brought a 2021 Nissan which was financed thru Nissan Motor Acceptance Company with in 4-5 months the car started giving a code that had dealings with the makers of the vehicle so I gave the vehicle back and was still making payments even after they sold the car at auction. They still reported negative remarks to my account even after still excepting my money Ive been trying to get this issue resolved for over 1 year with credit bureau because even tho I gave it back I still made payments so how the h*** can it be negative payments made. They even wrote a letter not even on a letter heading stating my account had been sold and even with in the time frame the excepted my money and reported false information even after the account was sold which is illegal. I need help on getting this resolved. I wouldnt tell anyone to get a loan with these people!

      I will never buy another vehicle from this company. They did not have me sign anything after I requested extended payments. At the end of my loan they ask for the full balance at once for the extended payments. I did not agree to this and even though I continued to make payments which was more than my original payments. They contacted all credit bureaus as being late which brought my score down 40 points. Now they are telling me it has been charged off. Which is still affecting my credit. They still want the balance of $1,037.00 Immediately. I have filed a complaint with the **************** because on their website it isn't allowing me to make anymore payments. The staff is so freaking rude and nasty. I really don't know how this company can continue to do business with their unruly practices. I even spoke with my attorney and was told if there where any changes to my original contract, it has to be in writing. Nissan is telling me, in the state of Md that is not true. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

      Certainlyheres a version tailored for a BBB (Better Business Bureau) review. It maintains a professional tone and emphasizes the unresolved nature of Ongoing Identity Fraud Issue Mishandled No Resolution for Months In January 2025, a car loan for $33,000 was fraudulently opened in my name due to a dealership's errorthey used my Social Security number for someone elses vehicle purchase. Once I discovered the loan on my credit report, I contacted the finance company immediately and was told to submit documentation to dispute the account.On February 22, I submitted everything they requested, including a police report and supporting documents clearly proving this loan is not mine. Despite this, my dispute through ******** was denied. It is now the end of May, and I have received no resolution or meaningful communication from the finance company.This situation has seriously damaged my credit and affected my ability to purchase a home. Ive done everything asked of me, yet the company has failed to act on a clear case of identity misuse.I am requesting immediate attention to resolve this matter and remove this fraudulent loan from my credit report. This experience has been stressful, frustrating, and deeply disappointing.

      Hi I hope you can help us,My husband leased a 2024 Nissan for me. He has one as well and been a loyal customer for decades!!!He noticed right away that they were not sending us a monthly bill. He gave them a couple of months to get their paper work caught up or whatever the problem was and then he called. Not wanting to have this situation happen again (where we have to come up with a lump some of multiple monthly payments at once) he spent time with a clerk there setting up an automatic payment each month.Flash forward two months later and Im in my house looking out the kitchen door and a tow truck screeches into the driveway and hooks up my car and repossesses it!!!!!!! I had NO IDEA what was happening and the repo man wouldnt give me ANY info since the lease is in my husband's name.I called my husband who is at a work conference in **. He said he had gotten a call that morning from Nissan but they didnt leave a message. He tried to log into his account and was locked out of it. Long story short short, they never put thru the paper work for auto payments nor did they mail, text or email any bill. The monthly payment is EXACTLY the same as his monthly payment so he would just glance at the bank statement and note that Nissan was getting paid. Granted he should have looked more carefully but he just assumed Nissan had done their job!!!!!!My husband called Nissan ALL DAY and it took him hours to get thru and when he did he was treated rudely and told he would have to wait 2.5 hours while did a credit check and created a new account!!Needless to say, they never called back. I dont even know where the car is right now.
