This company calls acting as if they are your card processing company. They are scammers trying to get you to provide them with information they can use to get you to sign with them. Their practices should be fraudulent and criminal.

We are filing a complaint against Chellecomm due to their repeated failure to uphold contractual obligations back in June of 2024 and subsequent lack of resolution regarding a critical third-party equipment contract. After two neglected contracts, we mutually dissolved our agreement on December 3, 2024, paying Chellecomm $495.00. At that time, Chellecomm (Capri the Senoir Account Manager) assured us they would cancel our equipment contract with ********** and manage to handle all aspects of the equipment return, which we sent back directly to Chellecomm. Despite these assurances, we continue to receive collection notices from ********** for outstanding fees and penalties in excess of $5,000. Our attempts to resolve this with Chellecomm have been met with inconsistent information, unfulfilled promises, and a complete lack of communication. ***** initially advised us to halt auto-withdrawals until the matter could be resolved on their back side of things. Multiple Chellecomm representatives involved in our case have been "terminated" apparently, leading to a severe lack of continuity and accountability. More recently, Chellecomm has shifted its stance, 5 months later, stating they are unable to intervene and apologizing for unfulfilled promises. We have been informed that 'someone' is still supposedly reviewing the issue, but no specific individual or contact information has been provided. Furthermore, Chellecomm representatives have admitted to using 'alias' names, which further complicates communication and accountability. We express extreme disappointment and frustration with Chellecomm's operational deficiencies, particularly their apparent lack of established policies and procedures for handling ongoing client issues when employees are terminated. We are requesting the Better Business Bureau's assistance to facilitate communication with Chellecomm and achieve a resolution to this matter.

As someone who worked directly for the company and Ms ****** the scammer mastermind behind all of this I witnessed how these companies operate under the guise of "helping merchants"A statements *** cold-calls your business, claiming theyve found over-billing or PCI compliance fees. Youre asked for a merchant statement for a "free audit." that you email, fax, or text to a "secure line" that is an old iPhone.A sales *** calls back weeks/months later, refreshes your memory, and pitches slightly better rates, wholesale or cash discount program just enough to earn your trust.Once you agree, the merchant account is set up and the equipment is leased through Azura, locking you into a 45 year non-cancellable lease at wildly inflated prices. The calls are recorded and sent to ***** to back the deal.If you try to cancel, you're hit with massive termination fees and legal threats from their attorney. Ive seen it firsthand pressure tactics, confusing terms, and aggressive follow-up that traps unsuspecting business owners in costly, long-term commitments. These companies dont exist to help they exist to extract. Your merchant statement becomes a weapon to sell you something you dont need and can't *********** the fine print. Dont send your statement to anyone you dont trust. And whatever you do avoid at all cost.I worked there. I know how it works. And Im speaking out so it doesnt happen to you.

Called pretending to be with my merchant and wanted to look over my account, but I needed to send them statements of the last 3 months. If they were my merchant wouldn't they already have this info ?? total bait and switch to get you to sign up for a new service at some over the top savings, which all are lies

This company phoned my business today and stated that they were a global company that oversees credit card fraud. I had been overcharged by the company that handles my credit card processing and they needed information from my most recent statement in order to help me with the overcharges. I stated that I needed to do research, asked for their number and terminated the call. My credit card processor agreed the info was deceitful and the caller was most likely looking for information. When I phoned Chellecomm back at the number provided by the caller, she stated she didn't even remember speaking to me. Unlike other scam calls this person sounded very informed and official. Please beware.

Good morning, this is Brooklyn with merchant services. I'm calling to get a hold of the person who's in charge of you guy's credit card processing account calling about the over billing that happened in the month of October Calling to get those Corrections submitted in for reviewing correction. We can call me back at 469-***-8962. Thank you. This is a visual voicemail they left on my business line. It's giving scammer. Stay away from these people. A true business does not approach random businesses who are not affiliated with them, asking about said business finances.

I just received a call from Chelle Com number 469-***-****. The man said there were some overages charged to my by **** and Mastercard and I needed to pull out my August statement to go over it with him so he could help me get a refund and stop the overages. I told him he wasn't from my processing company and he forcefully told me he was the actual processor and I use a ***. I told him I don't review those statements and he acted upset and told me I had to access it and go over it with him. I told him he was a scammer and hung up on him. He definitely was NOT doing anything for me. I have a direct contact with my "ISO".

Just received a phone call from ChelleComm area code 469 number ******** posing as a ********************************** representative. He said he was calling to verify some over charges on my ***** *********************** statement and he could help me process the refund. When I questioned the legitimacy of the call, he became pushy, aggressive, and agigated. Obviously a scam. I told him I was going to hang up and call ** directly. He said no one at the ** support number would know about this issue and he's the only one that can help me. I laughed and hung up at that point.
