    I received a text that my puppy won a place on the ********* calendar and I ordered it for $70 for four calendars. I looked on the website without the link in the text and another dog was on the month they put my puppy. I want a refund this is false advertising I only paid $70 because my puppy won.

    Hello ****, I can assure you nothing you received from us stated that your dog "Won" anything. We give owners an opportunity to have their pet's photos featured in the calendar.

    This order has been fulfilled fully and correctly and will be arriving at your location on 6/9 according to ****. We will not be refunding this order.

    I am rejecting this response because:   I was sent a text message saying that my pet was chosen to be in a 12 month calendar and when I went online to purchase another there was a different pet posted on my month. The link I was sent suggested that she was the only pet in this month. Your company is misleading and untruthful

    They advertise contests to enter your pet in, then a few days later send you emails and texts saying your pet won. But none of them win, they scam you into thinking your pet won and send you personalized links of your pet on their stuff saying they made it into the calendar and you can also get other stuff with your pet if you buy the calendar your pet so called "won". I dont mind donating to charities or good causes, but that's not what happened here. And its a common thing on their social media pages of people complaining they got scammed, and they do a lousy job deleting the negative comments and reviews. I dont want a refund. I want a public apology to me and the other victims of their scam, and a VERY PUBLIC AND DETAILED EXPLANATION PINNED AT THE TOP OF ALL THEIR PAGES STATING THERE IS NO REAL CONTEST AND ITS JUST A CUSTOMIZE STUFF WITH YOUR PET ON IT COMPANY/SITE. *** how many pets they say they help, you can't go around tricking people into buying stuff of their "winning" cat when ***** actually wins anything. Shut that bs down or rebrand being more open and public about what you ACTUALLY do. Until then, they are scamming every person that comes to get their "winning" pet on stuff. The stuff I got to give out as gifts went straight to the trash, Im not giving out calendars of my "winning" pet when its just a lie and makes me look like a self centered, self promoting a**** bragging about winning something noone can win.

    We understand that this situation is frustrating, and we really appreciate you raising your concerns. From what you've described, it sounds like there may be some confusion about how the process works, which could understandably lead to irritation. Ultimately, we do not advertise a contest nor do we announce to someone their pet has won anything. Yes, an owner will be notified if their pet is featured. We would hate for the owner to miss out on an opportunity to see their fur-baby in a calendar. 

    We appreciate you highlighting that we do not delete negative reviews and comments. We do, but only if there is inappropriate content in the comment or review. Otherwise, we leave those visible to the public so each consumer can make their own judgement call. Each customers can decide to make the purchase on their own volition. Whenever you're ready to return to The Paw Print for custom items in the future we hope to be able to better serve you. We strive to continue to grow and improve day by day.

    They refused to update the shipping address and make it same as my billing. I found out it was a scam and want a refund.

    This customer sent five emails on Sunday. 

    The customer requested an update on the shipping address. Our AI system responded with

    "Hello ***** ****,
    Thank you for reaching out regarding your shipping address. I understand how important it is to have your order shipped to the correct location. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to update the shipping address.
    However, I will forward your request to our team to see if there are any other options available for your order. They will do their best to assist you further. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter!
    If there's anything else I can help with in the meantime, please feel free to let me know."

    An agent then responded to this customer at 8:20 AM informing her that the new address had been entered and the information has been updated. The agent asked the customer to confirm she has successfully fulfilled her request. 

    The customer responded with "Yes that is correct. Thank you!!"

    I entered a contest for them about a month ago. I received a text today stating that my cat won, and will be featured in the calendar. When I went to the website without using the link they sent, the photos were different from the ones in the link.The link leads to a personalized version of the calendar, where they use the picture you entered. They also claim it is half off, even though the original price is $45 and the new price is $29. They never tell you you are getting a personalized version. They advertise it as if everyone will get the same exact calendar. It's not even a good personalization. They put no effort into putting the picture in at all. And they only allow one photo. If I wanted a personalized calendar of my cat, all of the pictures should be of him.

I do not wish to view your other products.But I am glad for a confirmation that they don't have what I am looking for. Maybe the photo I chose wasn't the best, as it was in portrait instead of landscape. It looked out of place. But that is fine. I hope you have happy customers in the future.

    I purchased April 6th 2025 for the amount of $50.86 my issue is this company is a scam and deceive people thinking they're getting something that they're not that they want you to send in a picture of your pet saying that it might make it in their calendar but the problem with this is anyone that sends a picture in of their pet gets a place in their calendar I sent in a picture of my pet and they told me that my pet made the May calendar I had a friend sending a picture of a different picture of my pet they sent him an email saying that it made the September calendar month so what they're doing is anyone that sends a picture in they're making like it made the calendar in order for them to thank the sender would purchase calendars knowing that their pet made it in the calendar I reached out to them wanting my money back with no success can you please look into this issue and see why they are deceiving people thinking their pet made it to the calendar when any picture that is sent in makes it to the calendar that sounds like a scam Posse's game to me because they'll know that people will purchase the calendars if they're pet made it in the calendar I would never have bought the calendars had I known that I feel terrible telling everyone my pet made it in the calendar when really it didn't cuz there different calendars out there that they make for different pets hopefully you're understanding all this I have the pictures that I have sent to you guys showing where they showed Where my pet made it in one calendar month and then with my friend sending it made it to another calendar month with the same calendar year if you have any more questions or anything I will be happy to provide photos and emails from the company thanks for looking into this issue my address is ****** ******** **************************************** 402 19 I had the calendar ship to my work the address there is *************************************************** you will see that photo that I sent

    ****** ******** did not reach out to The Paw Print for a refund. Someone by the name of **** N***** emailed and demanded we refund his "client's" funds.

    We told him his name was no where on ******** order and we would not be refunding a random other client's order that we fully and correctly fulled and shipped. It was marked as successfully delivered and we had never heard from ****** about any issue regarding the order. This person who again, had nothing associated with ****** ******** repeatedly emailed demanding us to comply to his orders. We responded to each email explaining we would be glad to assist ****** ********, however she needed to reach out to us.

    We have still received zero communication from ****** ******** regarding her order.

    I am rejecting this response because:   the business is not getting what I'm complaining about as you see the two photos that I sent two different photos was sent from two different people but it's the same dog but it got placed in the May calendar month and it got also placed in the September calendar month this was a contest to enter a calendar so the company is scamming people making like their pet made it to the calendar when really anybody that sends in a picture they make like it makes the calendar so they know the pet owner will probably buy some calendars from them if they made it in the calendar so it's a scheme and deceiving people at the same time in order to sell more calendars to the owners as you can see from the pictures that I sent you totally different pets in both calendars but yet they claim that's their year calendar that they put out

    We do produce more than one calendar each year. However, it's important to note that not every submitted photo of a dog or cat will be included. Due to our commitment to maintaining high print standards, we must unfortunately reject a significant number of images that do not meet these criteria. We believe in delivering only the highest quality products.


    When we do receive images that align with our standards, we strive to feature those beloved pets in our calendars whenever possible. As a business dedicated to raising funds for shelter animals, it is in our best interest to create multiple calendars to support our mission.     I am wanting a refund because the company is a scam they want people to turn in pictures of their pets to try to make it like they're going to get in a calendar they're printing my girlfriend ****** ******** sending a picture of her dog and it made it in the May calendar month of their calendar well then I sent a picture in my name is **** ****** of the same dog and they sent me an email saying that it made it in the calendar in the September month so that's telling anyone that sends a picture in they make like it makes it in their calendar knowing the owner would probably purchase calendars from them if they knew their dog or pet made it in the calendar that is my whole gripe about the whole situation in my previous email that I sent you guys how can two different pictures be in the same calendar
    I will send you the files showing you that both pictures of the dog was in different months but the calendars was totally different with different dogs in each one of them had my girlfriend known that they were not being honest she would have never bought the calendar she purchased for the total amount of $50 can you guys please look into this issue thanks if you guys need any more information please feel free to reach out to me if you're not understanding what I'm talking about I'm just wanting to let the general public know that this company is a scam by doing that they're selling calendars knowing the owners will purchase calendars if they know their pet made it in the calendar

    Once again they're not understanding what I'm trying to say we turn two different pictures in they both made the calendar in the same year one was in May and one was in September and both calendars had different pictures in them with other dogs so that's telling me that any picture anyone sends in they make it like they made it in the calendar in order for the sender of the photo thinking they will buy calendar if their pet made it in the calendar as you can see from the two pictures that I have forwarded to you our pet made it in the May calendar and in the September calendar of the same year you guys are deceiving people seems like your guys are scam and need to stop please issue my money back as I have replied to you with an email and you guys did not or don't understand them email that I sent you it's all on the photo I sent also please take care of this issue that I known you guys were doing it this way I would have never bought the calendars cuz I thought my pet actually made it to a calendar went really all you guys were doing is putting everyone's picture in that they sent to try to get into your calendar contest please explain that

    I signed up to recieve text notifications. However, I no longer wanted to recieve text messages. So, as they said in their messages, if i respond with "Stop" they will unsubscribe me. I have done this at least 3 times now over a month period and I am still getting promotional messages from them. I want them to STOP MESSAGING ME PLEASE

    I ordered two sets of car coasters. A week after they said delivered in or at mailbox. I checked and there was nothing. I checked around the mailbox and around the property and nothing. It says delivered March 28. I tried contacting customer service through the email provided and have not received a response.

    The initial contact for the issue was through a chat box on our website. ******** responded and let the customer know someone would be getting in contact with them. Which is accurate. 

    As a company we received the order, fulfilled it fully and correctly and mailed it to the customer provided mailing address. The item was marked delivered by the mailing service. We do not feel like this is a justified complaint. 

    Additionally, this customer has shipping protection on their order and will get a free replacement regardless once helped by an agent.

    I was contacted by this company to enter my Cat for a Calendar contest. After I was told he was selected I was asked purchase a calendar. I bought four calendars supposedly at a discount. When I receive the calendars, my cat is nowhere to be found in any of the four calendars. Theres actually a dog in the place where my cat should be in a cat calendar at that. Also, they grossly overcharged me for calendars. I have tried to email them multiple times with no reply. I feel like Ive been scammed and to believe my cat was chosen so they can sell me a bogus calendar.

    I received an email letting me know my cat ******* ******** ********* ****** was chosen for the month of November. I see many complaints and many saying its a scam but if my cat can be in a calendar even if Im the only one to get said calendar, I will take it. I am going to order it soon. So I guess this is not really a complaint.

    I order a $30 calender from them after my cat was chosen to appear in it. Once I recieved the calender I found out my cat was not in the calender after they showed he was in it. It says 100% money back guaranteed and they wont give me a refund.

    This is false information. An agent had not answered your ticket yet as it was sent over the weekend. We will refund this order or send a corrected replacement. Whichever the customer states they would prefer.
