    I was contacted by a text message email that my cat was being shown in their current calendar that she was going to be January 2026 so I immediately got excited contacted my daughter purchase two calendars and upon arrival of said calendar my cat was nowhere to be found I have reached out to this company three times maybe four in an email asking for answers and resolution to this issue I basically am wanting a refund or and or an answer as to why they lie basically and are not forward with being honest I dont have a problem donating money to help animals, but I feel like this is a tricky way for them to get the money Im hoping that they will respond to this because theyve not responded to anything else Ive sent them And I just want other people to be warned that they do not put your animal in the calendar as they state they are their wording needs to be changed and they do not need to send a product out, showing your animal in the calendar to get you to buy it so I would like a full refund and as I stated earlier by putting this on blast here theyll respond to me and I will get my $60 back that way I can donate it to a worthy cause here in my area

    Hello, two things could have happened with your order. You could have simply received the wrong calendar or your order may have experienced an error. We were not dishonest and if you were informed that your pet was to be featured in a calendar they're indeed in a calendar.

    We will follow up via email along with this response to see how this customer would like to move forward. We can provide a corrected replacement or issue a refund for this order.

    I saw a random ad online and decided to submit my cat. Later I got a text stating my photo was selected and my cat would be featured in a calendar. I now see where this is pretty common and just about every single photo submitted is a winner.I spent $85.99 on a 4-pack of calendars on March 14, 2025 with an estimated delivery of March *****, 2025. As of today, March 30, 2025, I still have not received anything. I sent an email back to their support on March 27, 2025 to which I received no response. When looking at the tracking, it shows that **** still has not received anything to ship. I sent a new email today telling them Id like a full refund of my money. Waiting for a response. If no response, I will dispute charge with bank.

    There was an error with this order. We emailed the customer to not only make them aware but to also request additional information. The customer acknowledged and responded to the email and provided the information. This resulted in a slight delay. This all took place 3/14 to 3/17. The order shipped on 3/19. However, I do see that the package has not moved since being dropped of at ****. So, I have issued a replacement for this order at no cost to the customer of course. 

    In instances like this we have completed our task by fulfilling the order. We were not aware there was a delay with ****. We will work to make the issue right though regardless.

    They offered a contest under ************** , saying top runners up in groups win toys fd and $ , the grand winner wins $10.000. And runner ups are in 2 magazine covers , ect , never got anything sayd my pet was 9th , started getting offers to buy a calender that my pet was chosen to be in for $40.00. , and all the $ they get for that goes to rescue centers for pets , and they charge for people to vote on your pet ,each mo , scamming everyone.

    This customer is not reviewing the correct company. We do not advertise with America's favorite pet or anything of that sort. We do not offer any type of prize money. We do not hold a contest. We do not sell magazines. 

    However, we do give owners an opportunity to feature their pet in our calendar if they're selected to do so. This does not include any type of pet photo ranking. We also do donate funds to animals, owners and shelters in need.

    If I could give less than one star I would. My cat Toulouse is my baby. How do you think I felt when I got my calendar and he wasnt October like they showed. How *** is this company that they cant send the calendar with your baby in it? What a lie !!! I was messaged that he would be October and I saw his picture in it??? I will never donate again. Super upset cat mom!!!!!

    The calendar is a complete scam. I ordered one and got a response requesting the full name of the person who submitted an entry, they wanted their email address, and the dogs name/month the dog was featured in. Why on earth would I have that information and not them? Why would I provide that info when I dont KNOW it?! Im not sure how they couldnt fulfill an order from their own website. Waste of time and money and I will be sure to tell everyone considering buying from them, to SAVE THEIR MONEY!

    Hello, If you received this email then you ordered from someone else's link to place the order. Sometimes your order does not include the information of the person who submitted the photo. We ask because we assume if you used someone's link that you would also know their name and their pet's name. It is a super easy and fast fix. We appreciate the small amount of assistance when seeking this information that most customers are happy to give. However, thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate it.

    My dog got accepted for the calendar of 2025, I bought two and my family and I absolutely love them, I also bought the 40oz cup to which I adore, unfortunately I dropped it and shattered the lid, The paw print team has been extremely Helpful in getting me another lid and responding extremely quickly, I truly appreciate how quickly they responded and their amazing customer care, I would definitely buy more products off of their website to support their business.

    My kitty got accepted to be part of their calender. It was my understanding, the calendar would be freely given after being accepted. They use your pets picture for their calender they sell to 'help' people and their pets.. only to be told I was accepted and can have the calender for 30% off asking price. That's not how it works when you use someone's intellectual property for your business. These people are literally scamming people and their pets.

We are unable to fulfill this contribution by offering free calendars, however we try to combat this by offering our contributors with large discounts on their calendars and other products on our site. We understand if you do not agree with this and we can absolutely take your pet off of the calendars immediately if you so choose.     In November of *************************************************************** this contest, it was advertised that you submit a photo of your cat and you would be notified if they were chosen to be on the Paw Prints 2025 calendar. From the advertisement, it made you believe that this was a contest and the winners would be featured in the 12 month calendar. So 12 cats would be chosen. I submitted my cat's photo and just a few short weeks later I received a correspondence that my cat was chosen for the month of January. I was very excited since it was advertised that it was a contest and I thought my cat had won. I ordered the calendars thinking it was special since my cat was chosen for the month of January for this calendar contest. After I received the calendars, I saw on social media under the ads for the contest that other people had posted their cat was chosen for the month of January. I was very surprised since this is false advertising and very deceptive. I have reached out to the company multiple times about this issue requesting a refund on the pretense of false advertising, since this is illegal, but I have not received a response.
